Remarks

Admission is by appearing for the CAT-Common aptitude test exam which is an aptitude and reading skill test for top B schools admission. Extempore, PI, and SOP test are considered. Selection results are announced in the months of April or May and interviews are usually scheduled at the end of May then results of the first list came out in the month of June.

FMS Delhi has an Excellent course. We get a big learning experience and a chance to view of the world of business and have a 360-degree tour, ranging across all the streams. Our faculty is our asset. Great teachers. 1:12 ratio. Dissertation Projects and PPTs are discussed by students and teachers very frequently.

Internship experience was highly inspiring for me because I got to work directly under the chief of the company, it was an astounding moment for me and also a high pressure situation for me, because I had to perform really well, to showcase my talent, the amount of knowledge I grasped from there was more than anything else till now. Maximum all big conglomerates visited us during summers, with stipend Rs2,50,000 for 2 months on avg.

Perfect placement options. First, we have internship placements in the month of October and then after we complete them in the months of May and June, we might either get a Pre-placement offer, if not we can sit for final placement in the month of January. We were guided by a mentor for CV building, enhancing, and verifying. The package we can expect is Rs 30,00,000 per year on avg.

Fees and Financial Aid

Return on investment for FMS Delhi is the highest. The benefit we, as investors receive in relation to the investment cost, is nearly 30 times. The net income or salary which we receive taking the assumption that we get an average salary is Rs 30,00,000 per year and investment per year for FMS Delhi is Rs 1,00,000 per year, so the benefit is 30 times. Very less colleges in the world have such a great ROI. I am blessed to be a part of FMS Delhi.

Campus Life

Campus life becomes a bit hectic because of the course, projects, and assignments given to us, but to combat all these we have non-academic activities organized by our cultural society, first of all, one such event I also won the title of "Icon of the Batch" for the batch of 2023, and I was extremely happy to participate in such events which helps me relax from our busy routine.

The companies coming for internships are great
The experienced faculty who came from IIMs
The experienced clubs and their guidance

Dislikes

There is bit of mismanagement experienced,
There is last minute information available at the end moment
Disclarity in information throughout the whole semester

Placement Experience:

It is okay and it is based on luck of the student more than hardwork. You also have to network super well to get into good dream companies. It is a good place to get it out of luck through ATS sysytem.

One of the strongest aspects of the institute is the faculty and the academic environment. Frequently members are generally experienced and approachable.
The teaching methodology includes case studies, presentation, group, assignments, group, discussions, projects, and practical assignments.
Another positive aspect is the exposure to corporate and professional life.

Placement Experience:

Lbsim has a structured campus placement process with participation from companies across sectors, such as consulting FMCG, IT/ITES , BFSI, marketing and operations. The institute provides students with placement preparation through aptitude test, mock interview interviews, group discussion, resume, building and corporate interaction.

course curriculum is relevant and mostly what the market wants in future and whats coming ahead for us. Python is taught as its going to be huge ahead and other things are also added. There is not much gap between mid term and end term as trimester are short.

Likes

We have well maintained library with more than 40000 books and documents, there are study cabins and all facilities required to have a productive day
There ample opportunites provided to students to amp up their game. The clubs and societies themselves take initiative to provide certifications to students, more than case comps are floated and students are encouraged to take part in them
The level of discipline and commitment expected of us is very similar to the other top MBA colleges, multiple assignments, deadlines, case submissions etc. The curriculum also requires students to make use of resources like Bloomberg and prowess.

Dislikes

The quality of cohort can be better. The quality is deteriorating from the senior batch to the juniors
Not being a residential insititute is a big challenge, as the load of work is the same as any residential insitute but most students also have additional buden of travelling which becomes very taxing in the long run.
There is some level of politics that goes on in student societies which can become toxic sometimes.

Placement Experience:

The college actively provides placement support, students are eligible for placements from the first trimester itself. Last year more than 150 companies took part in the placement process. The highest offer made was 24 LPA and the average was 12.32 LPA. 99% of the 2026-2028 batch got placed by April 2026.

There is a separate admission form available for admission in FMS where you need to write you SOP(statement of purpose). After filling the form a list is released for the shortlisted candidates along with their interview slots.
