The admission process at Chandigarh University Is very easy, all the steps of the admission process including fee payment can be done through online mode. The reservation benefits are available at my college. No need for improvements in the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
Choose this course because I wanted to this course and I am from a commerce background. There are a lot of students in the b.com department and also a very good and intelligent faculty who always make their students understand everything very clearly. Most of our faculty members are Ph.D. holders and have relevant degrees and knowledge about their respective subjects.
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies like Google Amazon Deloitte Flipkart eBay and etc. provide various jobs like sales executive, marketing manager, human resources manager, and many others jobs. These companies also provide very good salaries and incentives with perks.
Placement Experience
Placement records are excellent for the engineering department but for BCom it is average. Most companies visit to hire engineering students. The highest package for the BCom department is 30000 per month this year. There are a lot of companies visiting universities for placements like Google, Amazon, Deloitte and etc. These companies provided a lot of placements at the University.
Fees and Financial Aid
Applicants can get up to 100% scholarship by appearing for the test named CUCET which is conducted by the university itself. Students can get scholarships also on merit bases or extracurricular activities such as sports, or scholarships for children of army persons or staff.
Campus Life
Campus life is good for all the departments except BCom, Bba, or Bca because these departments are shifted far away from the main university campus. These departments have a number of their own fests. Sports facilities are good and you will get a chance to part in a number of events during your semester.
Hostel Facilities
A separate bed for each student is provided in the room also in some corridors there are rooms in washrooms attached to the room. The quality of the meal Is very good and tasty. The hostel is affordable. I don't rent any room or PG.
