Course Curriculum Overview
About academics , teachers are not so good and knowledgeable . It's an autonomous private college so you'll manage to score good marks . The curriculum is almost same as of every other engineering college out there in India. Pass percentage is 33% and you'll be having an chance to clear your backlogs in Summer Quarter Examination .
Internships Opportunities
Only internships are offered by Placement companies. College provides Noc in that case. Other than we get only training before placement season. We have a major project as a mandatory subject. Other than that no such facility
Placement Experience
During the 7th and 8th sem students become eligible for placement. The placement is good. Companies like Amazon Accenture Cisco Cognizant Infosys Comviva PWC come for recruitment. Almost 90% of students with average careers get placed easily. This year's highest was given by Cisco.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study is medium. Maximum, middle-class family students study here. You can easily avail loan anywhere in Odisha because the college is very renowned. I didn't get any scholarship but my friends did. For EWS, student fees usually get discounted.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is very fast and nice with beautiful gardens and sitting areas. Every year we have a fest named Celegance during March and April, and in Diwali, there's a night fest called Roshni for Hostelites only. No such fancy restaurant is around the college since the college is present near the outskirts of the city. You need to travel at least 10 km to find a good place to hang out. Only 2 clubs, Dance and Theatrical clubs are active rest others are useless
Hostel Facilities
There are proper hostels for boys and girls. 3 and 4 bed sharing rooms Ac and non ac both Meal quality is okay , all states cuisines are followed. Hostel is considered to be bit expensive but very good security and rooms. Locality is bit outskirts area of Bhubaneswar.
Admission
The admission process was good and smooth. They need your entrance exam results sheet (Jee or CGET). Eligibility is low just scoring around the 60 percentile in JEE Main. Application forms and Fee structure will be provided in the admission cell and college website also.
Interview Experience
No, As this is a private college , so we didn't face such thing. Anyone with average JEE rank can crack the CS Branch of this college. Mostly CS students are there in college. Rest other branch strength is kind of negligible
