Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen the college because it has a very good placement record. There is 1: 60 faculty-to-student ratio. The faculties are well qualified and the way the teacher teaches the student is very good. The faculty explain each and everything about the topic and the subject. Every month you have a sessional exam and the level of the exam is just like same as the university preparing the question paper.
Internships Opportunities
Right now I am in the 4th semester of the second year so I can't tell you that the internship opportunities available at my college. But I have heard that the college provides an internship during the third year.
Placement Experience
The placement of the colleges is quite good and the college offers students to get placement by the 7th semester of the BTech. HCL, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and byju's are some of the major recruiters of SMS Lucknow. The percentage of students getting placed in placement is 70 -80%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee of the bachelor's of technology and computer science and engineering is 3 lakh 23 thousand which is quite decent according to the fees of an engineering College. The college provides an internal scholarship of 20000 to the newly admitted student. The student can also get this scholarship by filling out the form for the UP scholarship. Students can get up to 55000 scholarships by the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Campus Life
The life on campus is very good. One of the most important things is that you can't go out of the campus during the working hours of the college. We have 2 to 3 fests and events each semester. We have many clubs such as the engineers vision club which is considered one of the main clubs of the college and we also have department clubs according to each branch of the BTech.
Admission
The admission process is based on merit basis and also through jee mains. You have required a minimum of 65% marks in PCB to take admitted in btech cse and bca. The overall process of admission is quite simple and easy.
