Campus is very big ...well maintained and well structured
Machines are available in the practical classrooms
Faculty members are friendly and most of them motivates students everytime whenever they feel like giving up or low

Course Curriculum Overview

The theory part is very strong. But in the practical portion, they have to do improvements. Most of the faculty members are well-educated and friendly. We have also got some sort of machines in our practical labs . all over practical exposure is very good

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 52000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The overall fee is 52000 per semester. 50000 is an academic fee and the other 2000 is for examination fee. But you can get a fee concession by passing the concept examination. And on the basis of your 12th percentage, you can also get a 5-10% concession in ur exams

Campus Life

The campus is very big and well structured and maintained. But few of the departments are still under construction. Although you will get everything inside the campus.. stationary food items dispensary cafeteria.

Admission

I called a counsellor regarding the course.He gave me all the details about the course and fee structure. I paid a booking amount of 10000 for a seat reservation. And after that, I submitted all my documents and they gave me access to the cuims Cuims is an application in which student is able to find everything single detail regarding their timetable, accounts, attendance and all

I like the the atmosphere here they provide good atmosphere for students to study and they cover both practical and theoretical aspects of the course
There is very good exposure in the college that the college administration provides to the students by engaging with different students which also includes forgiven students also and interaction with them
I like the cultural diversity of the college as there r lots of students which belong to different regions religions and caste which come together to showcase their culture

Dislikes

I did not like the hostel mess here like the food is really good compared to others but they lack in hygiene
Far from the market as the college is located in a village u have to like 1 km walk away to bring the daily essentials for daily use
I do not like the one the about the college that is the students exposure with the society students get more onto earnings rather then understanding emotions

Placement Experience:

The college provides employment to the students we have placement drives going on in the college campus in which students participate the thing I guess college should invoke more companies especially companies from abroad should also be included for the placement drives

Course Curriculum Overview:

My reason for choosing the college is because of the faculty members they are well-experienced in their field and have good teaching experience. Faculty is enough to handle all the students and manage the college well if in case other faculty members are on leave as well it usually poses no problem in administration. Send-up exams are taken thrice a year and are usually easy as we cover each and every topic.

Admission:

Students willing to get admission in this course should've secured a minimum of 50% in their 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology as their main subjects. They have to register with the college for this course.

SIPT - A premier paramedical educational institute

Remarks:

Shivalik Institute of Para-Medical Technology is situated in Chandigarh and very few colleges in this state provide with such great exposure & facilities that are available in my college. The training & variety of courses available in this college can not be compared to a single Para-Medical college present in Chandigarh. I can say that I am proud of being a student of SIPT. This college gave me pleasant experiences, good memories, intellectual mentors and life long friendships. And most importantly a bright future with a job I love. One positive aspect of the college is that it is situated near beautiful Shivalik Hills on the Chandigarh-Shila Kalka Highway. I created many memories there and enjoyed my college life to the fullest with my friends.

Got admission through merit list by councelling in University. Document verification was done there and students were given the opportunity to choose the college they want. Usually councelling is done in the month of October.

Remarks:

Negative thing is that it has a back system. If a student fail in exam he has chance to clear but still he is not cleared the exam of previous year he will not able to attend the next year classes it also agood thing to improve the quality of study and compitation

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document. I got a call that you can come to university and attend classes. The admission process of too simple so I never taught of choosing other college at that time....Read More

An honest and brutal review for paramedical College

I did not apply for any other college i gave the exam ppmet which was the entrance exam yes i inquired Abt various nursing college but they were either far away or was not providing any facilities on the other hand this college is really very famous bcs of their disciplined environment and good teachers as the degree is difficult the teachers make it but easy the admission process is quite easy when uh get ur ppmet rank h visit the college the staff present thre consek u abt various other government and private colleges uh choose the colleges u r interested in and after that uh get to knw that either uh got the seat of not most probably u can get easily admitted to our college but now they give preferences to medical students with good ranks and score...Read More
