Course Curriculum Overview
The course consists of 8 semesters (10 for an integrated dual degree program) and each semester has 2 exams which are mid sem and end-sem exams. And I choose this course because of better placement and a good future.
Internships Opportunities
On-campus internships are quite good especially if you are in circuital branches, like cse electrical, if not then there is less chance of on-campus internships but you can definitely go for off-campus internships.
Placement Experience
At the end of the 7th semester, college allows you to sit in the campus placements. The highest package offered was above 1.2 cr last year, and the average package was around 20 lakhs per annum, expect a recession above 90 per cent of students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
You have to pay fees every semester, that is every 6 months. As it is a government-funded college you can avail fee remission if your family income is less than 5 lakhs per annum. There are also some scholarships which you can get.
Campus Life
The campus life is great, culture fest Kashiyatra which holds generally in January, tech fest is technex in March and sports fest spardha in October, one of India's largest sports fests. Good libraries, and amazing club culture with many active clubs and societies.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are provided to everyone and allotted according to your branch and year of study. The mess facility is also provided with good food, rooms are provided with a bed, table, chair, Almera and washrooms are common, not very far.
