What Students Say

Likes

I likes campus very much it has really good atmosphere.
College has really good faculty who teaches us in proper manner.
There are high tech computers for all students.

Dislikes

Audience of college is no really good They are not career oriented.
Very bad hostel infrastructure which affect our life.
There are snakes and scorpions spotted in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose computer science because there was demand in this field though I would recommend going for any other courses if you have interests. dont choose a course just because it has demand. The faculty is well educated and the teaching is really good.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides an internship opportunity for all students. some students take it some don't. Many good companies come but they provide placement very limited in the college. The college has really good internship opportunities.

Placement Experience

In this college, there are many good placement opportunities. There is an average of 5lpa for the students who study well and have AVG cpi. There was a company named Tatvasoft that visited our campus every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

I study in a GEC under GTU. All government colleges under gtu have yearly 1500 rupees fees. There are scholarship schemes like PM Yasasvi and MUSY that will support you in your education and college expenses.

Campus Life

Our college organises many programs on different occasions. There are cultural fests organized which last for a week which is really good. There are also many clubs like social media club, animation club, NSS, etc.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides a hostel for the students. Students only have to pay for the messy food. That too is only for the days you eat. The meal is not that good But at least you can survive for four years. There is a PG nearby college which has good food and housing for students.

Hostel Fee: INR 5500 per year

Admission

The admission process started after the 12th board and it has 3 to 4 rounds which will continue for 1.5 months. These processes are conducted by acpc. You have to GUJCET and 12th board. Selection criteria will be assigned accordingly.

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

Likes

The campus is really well built and has good classrooms with air conditioners in every class ensuring student comfort.in
Decent facilities for extra curricular activities like sports and metro connectivity as well.

Dislikes

Same old rigid curriculum that is still being taught in Tier 3 engineering colleges through out the country
Some of the faculty even though they may be knowledgeable themselves, fail to deliver their thoughts in an efficient way to the students
Attendance criteria is relatively strict at around 80% on paper but you can still do with 70+ percentage.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
