Remarks

Overall the univeristy is good whether we consider the campus teachers and students and also the working staff including lab attendents and cleaning staff ... Helpful caring and loving...

I am a student of MSC Forensic Science and Toxicology which is only offered by Chandigarh University.. Admission is based on percentage and without any enterance test

Course Curriculum Overview

We have 3 and half hour practical daily... Compleley leading and knowledgable... Seminars and presentations are provided time to time along with assignments. Research project is provided in last sem

Internships Opportunities

Yup University will provide the internship after every semester for post graduate students and professionals and technical courses also.. Overall gud experience and even semester exchange programs and month exchange programs are also available for the students to study in foreign countries under affordable rates..

Placement Experience

Chandigarh university is known for its placements. STUDENTS prefer this University for better placements in companies... Many companies visit the campus regularly ...But placements and not possible in Forensic Science the course which I am persuing...

Fee Structure And Facilities

About fees it's bit costly 42500 /- course fees 1000 /- examination fees have to pay at starting of each sem 2000/- security fees.. Refundable at end of course 1000/- prospectua only once paid 3000/- uniform paid once 300/- CU freshers paid once

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes university provide scholarship for students by taking a scholarship test.. Whose test will be cleared will get a scholarship... CU- SAT is a test for it.. Sikh minority scholarship SC scholarship and many more scholarships are there for students

Campus Life

Yes university organise close up sessions for the students to explore their skills and talents among the students.. Cu fes and cultural festival and inter University fes occurs time to time for encouraging people ...

Hostel Facilities

No I didn't recide in hostel ... 4 seater room cost 86 thousand per year 2 seater room with AC cost 1 lakh 50 thousand per sem I live in flat in kharar

Alumni/Alumna

Yes we usually had a meet up sessions with the VC and Chancellor.. Or one can personally visit the office of VC for the clearing of their queries and problems... They will definately entertain you for your problems and provide u with your best possible solutions

Exam Structure

There are 2 MST exams in a semester Surprise tests and MST practicals along with final exams and papers .. Its really stressing to have alota of exams in a semester

About faculty All the professor's are PhD Gud teaching skills and excellent knowledge.. Helpful and caring ... Motivation and friendly nature ... Help students in each and every aspect even educational and personal issues too.

Likes

The labs are highly facilitated with high level equipments
Library and computer center facilities is too good,
Professors are highly educated witj PHd and their research labs in the University is high-tech with all the equipments, and their research topic are highly relevent ones.

Dislikes

Infrastructure of University is need to Improve
Labs are very conjusted with high facilities. So need to improve the space.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exam donot increase the stress because the last sem exam various course curriculum activities like term paper, assignments, presentations etc, so tue final. Result of the combination of marks from all these.

Overall having good experience

Likes

Environment is safe compared to other university.
Teachers are supportive and with excellent skills.
Having good infrastructure and well developed.

Dislikes

Not recruiting teachers by thier experience.
Not having transportation facility within the blocks.(from one block to another)
Not enough companies coming for placements .

Course Curriculum Overview:

In this we get brief information of computer science and more options of placement. Curriculum is based on all computer and to obvious reasons it relate to real-world as well as virtual. To my accord teachers must pay attention to practical work not to just completing syllabus and writing theories. The timing and difficulty level of exams are good. Again it's depend upon the subjects chosen.

Subjects are well applied for course ...and value credits

Dislikes

Furnishings in college, All classrooms are without Ac
Educational trips are very less...as compared to none
Management is too less... guest facility is not provided .

Remarks:

Our university seems like a home to me now with lots of greenary and convinient facilities available. Teachers are friendly. seniors are supportive. classmates are enthusiastic with a good future will.

Remarks:

Management is good. But college timing is typical at few cases according to mine. Because last year our timing is 3 pm. Before 3 pm we take permission to go out of college.

I choose this university cause of the low fees and it is near to the place where I live. Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document. I got a call that you can come to university and attend classes. The admission process of too simple so I never taught of choosing other college at that time....Read More

An honest and brutal review for paramedical College
