Course Curriculum Overview

I have interest in this subject since my school days as this is a very interesting subject itself the student ratio in our class is average. I would rate the teaching method 5 out of 10 because our college dosen't have enough instruments required.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is normal like other colleges. Although it is a little difficult for me to study being from a lower middle class family. But it is not because of the fee structure it's decent. I got the swami vivekananda scholarship after completing 12th.

Campus Life

Till now no fest was conducted. only small functions like swami Vivekananda's birthday. A small farewell was conducted. The library is full of books..most books we need to study are available. Our college has facilities for joining NCC.

Admission

There should be more seats for general category students. I couldn't be admission into a good college because of the sc st obc reservations. It shouldn't be like that a college should take students based on their eligibility.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very relevant as it provides us an overall knowledge of biology and not dividing it into various sections rather giving us an insight of every aspect of biology. It includes everything such as microbiology, zoology, botany, physiology, molecular biology and so on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Placement Experience:

In case of computer science department, placement is provided at the Last year of M.sc course. Many companies like Wipro, b10x, Tata visited here. Highest package ever is three lakh per annum. 20-40% of the students got placement after completing M.Sc computer science. My plan after B.sc is to pursue MCA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Sc Computer Science Faculty: Student ratio is = 4:23 may vary a bit Faculty are well Qualified & Teaching method is okay good, but not to the mark like very good or excellent. The exam term was timely (sometimes it gets a bit late due to some natural disaster like cyclone, heavy rainfall, etc or any govt. & university delays), and the exam level is nearly too difficult, something like in between moderate to difficult.
