I choose this course because I wanted to pursue my career in engineering as I am a non medical student and intrested in that field only I like coding a lot. Student ratio is good 6:4.teacher are also very qualified ones

Internship opportunities are very good biggest companies come here every year like Google Amazon Adobe. This year only one girl in rajpura campus got a internship in Adobe at 47 lakh per annum which is a lot for a middle class student...

The campus placements are great. Placements start from the 3rd year of college where you can get internship opportunities in all fields. The highest package was 1.2 crore by Amazon. Around 90% students get placed here

The cost of study at chitkara University Rajpura campus is 2 lakh fourty thousand per year and for Himachal campus it is 1 lakh 60 thousand per year. Scholarship is lso given for people who can't afford

Campus Life

The college provides wide range of fests throughout the year. They are conducted every month. Library is a great place here where you get all kinds of books and 4 can be issued at once. There is also clubs which anyone can join free of cost

Hostel Facilities

The hostel provides 2 bathroom to every floor and there is an stove and microwave provided on every floor common you can use them anytime to cook food. Menu is very good here u get all kinds of dishes here changing every day

Admission

The admission process was quite good as we have to just do admission through online or go offline so we have both modes for the once who can't reach far away for admission they can do online so it's quite good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Updated to align with NEP-2020 guidelines starting from 2023 onward. CSE (AI & DS) branch includes modern subjects like Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud basics. Core branches (ECE, ME, EE, CE) follow standard Indian engineering frameworks with essential subjects. Syllabus similar to other govt engineering colleges under HP Tech University, so fairly up to date.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average , it totally depends on the students skills and their cgpa. From 5th sem students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, Infosys, Redhat vistited the campus and made more than 200 offers. 171+ companies visited. Highest package is 1.11cr, average is 6lpa. 70% students gets placed. Planning to go in tech related jobs in industries after getting the degree.

Worst management ever.they are not helpful at any things.they only make fake promise at start but no promises had been fulfilled. No placement no extra curriculum no events no sports no clubs nothing at all.I don't know how I spend my time in that college

I applied for BML Munjal University before Chitkara university, Baddi. I got a confirmed admission from many colleges like BML munjal university, GNA university, Chandigarh university, etc. I chose this college over other because it was not too costly and crowd is less compared to other private universities.
