Teachers have good experience and teaching style
Hostel food is good in taste and we get it on time
Rooms in hostel are big and fully furnished

Dislikes

Sport facility is not that good as expected
There is so much student intake in the campus .
Campus is way too smaller in area wise .

Course Curriculum Overview

This CSE course have full potential in future. It's growing very fast because of this I have chosen this . Faculty to student ratio is 1:40 . Although faculty is experience and we'll educational . And exam happens 4 times in single semester.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike in the tuition fees but there is 500 rs hie in hostel fee every year. Talking about stipend so right now I am studying in first year so I didn't get any stipends and all from the college

Campus Life

The annual fest is our fresher party which is called as gratus party . And tech fest is called as AI/ML learning . There is a huge library named tagore which have many books . Classroom are big and have charging points . Sports equipment are available. And there is a group stacatose is which is managed by students

Hostel Facilities

I live is girls hostel called Kalpana. In hostel attached washroom are available and rooms have bed , AC and study table . Food in mess is brilliant we get food 4 times a day . Any one can register for hostel during admission

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

To take admission in chitkara University we have to give competitive exams like CUET and JEE Mains . Admission form is available online, there is no reservation in college . But if they make teacher meet online then it will be beneficial for us .

campus placement is good to moderate means is great avg package is 600000 as of my b.tech cse. yes for eligible for campus by 75% attendance , have to not a backlog in any sem need to pass each semester .

Updated to align with NEP-2020 guidelines starting from 2023 onward. CSE (AI & DS) branch includes modern subjects like Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud basics. Core branches (ECE, ME, EE, CE) follow standard Indian engineering frameworks with essential subjects. Syllabus similar to other govt engineering colleges under HP Tech University, so fairly up to date.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average , it totally depends on the students skills and their cgpa. From 5th sem students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, Infosys, Redhat vistited the campus and made more than 200 offers. 171+ companies visited. Highest package is 1.11cr, average is 6lpa. 70% students gets placed. Planning to go in tech related jobs in industries after getting the degree.

Worst management ever.they are not helpful at any things.they only make fake promise at start but no promises had been fulfilled. No placement no extra curriculum no events no sports no clubs nothing at all.I don't know how I spend my time in that college

I applied for BML Munjal University before Chitkara university, Baddi. I got a confirmed admission from many colleges like BML munjal university, GNA university, Chandigarh university, etc. I chose this college over other because it was not too costly and crowd is less compared to other private universities.
