I recently went through the admission process at our college, and I wanted to share my experience with you. The first step is taking the Shilpmandira Admission Test(SAT), which assesses your proficiency in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. This test holds 100 marks in total, with Mathematics carrying 50, Physics 30, & Chemistry 20 marks. To be eligible, you must be an Indian male citizen who has passed or appeared in the Secondary(Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board or equivalent. A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with English, Physical Science, and Mathematics as subjects is required, with at least 60% in Physical Science and Mathematics combined. Additionally, the college welcomes JEXPO candidates. The eligibility criteria emphasize the importance of a well-rounded academic background, ensuring that students have a strong foundation in key subjects. The admission process appears challenging, but it sets a standard for academic excellence.

Fueled by a familial legacy and a childhood fascination with electronic devices, I have chosen Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Following in my father's footsteps, my affinity for all things electronic has been a guiding force in my academic journey. Excited to delve deeper into this dynamic field! The 100% placement rate underscores the institution's commitment to student success. Dreaming beyond graduation, my ambition is to secure a job, while concurrently pursuing B. Tech and M. Tech. For SAT candidates, the semester fee is set at Rs. 33,000/-, while JEXPO candidates benefit from a slightly reduced fee of Rs. 27,000/-.
