What I found bad in this college is that the parking area in this college is very small and you cannot keep your car safely.

Many courses to study in this college like B.Tech, B.Arch, D.Pharma, BPharm, M.Tech, 10th and 12th all these courses are there. This college is the best college for all studies and there will be campus selection in this college and a good company has come for the campus selection.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know the fees of each course but for B.Tech the fee is 80000 per year, for civil engineering, mechanical is 85000, for M.Tech is 120000, and for 12th class the fee is 12000 per year and for 10th the fee is 8000 per year, and for scholarship ship Talking about. Scholarships are provided by your state government to study in the state you are from. If your name appears in that list, If your name appears in that list, then in that list you apply, the entire fee is not given to the government, but more than 50 percent of the fee is given by the state. Talk about government, and college scholarships so that if you top the pure college then your fees are waived off for that year.

Campus Life

This college is very nice to look at, the whole college is decorated with grass and there are lots of grounds for sports in the college, you can play cricket, hockey, badminton, basketball in it and every year the college has... There is sports there and there is carrom room and table tennis room and also there is college library and if there is college holiday then you can use the library.

Admission

The admission process in this college is very simple, you can take direct admission without any entrance exam and there are many courses to study in this college like B.Tech, B.Arch, D.Pharma, BPharm, M.Tech, 10th and 12th all these courses are there. This college is the best college for all studies and there will be campus selection in this college and a good company has come for the campus selection.

Likes

supportive campus environment with the comfortable in the classess
faculty most faculty members are very much supportive and they guide the students in the right way only
events are there in the campus provided by the campus.

Dislikes

limited practical exposure is provided by the campus and also there should be more hand on international events
infrastructure is not that good , as they were should on the online it is dii
Placement cell provides opportunities but the stronger industry connections.

Placement Experience:

placements at my college are very very good, as everybody gets the chance to sit for the placements at the same level. we get the placement oportunities at the 6th semster also. in my brancg it is very good

A Vibrant Campus with good learning and great opportunities

good infrastructure , large libraries and practical labs
helpful and large opportunities in campus

class size can be large , it helps every child to interact
academic work is quite high , the schedule may feel hectic especially during examination

Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

I like the most about the college the placement criteria and the way built your confidence
Also the hostel is very good and provide food 4 times
The campus explorer is also very nice according to me

Faculty is not soo well had a lit bit inconvenience
Hostel mess food is not good at some time

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the curriculum like 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness — it covers all the major CSE subjects like DSA, OS, DBMS, CN, AI, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity basics, etc., and honestly that was one of the reasons I chose this course because at least the core subjects are solid even if PTU keeps some old-school stuff in the syllabus. The curriculum does prepare you for real-world stuff, but only to a point — like, if you focus on coding labs and projects you’ll be fine for internships, but if you depend only on classroom theory then it won’t help much because industry wants hands-on skills. For higher studies also it’s okay because theory depth in subjects like OS and DBMS is decent enough. But yeah, improvements are definitely needed — some subjects feel outdated, teachers should use more practical examples, and we need more real projects instead of copy-paste lab manuals; also some faculty teach directly from slides which gets boring fast. Exams come twice per semester (sessionals) plus the final end-sem around December/May; they’re mostly easy if you write long answers, but tricky if you rely only on understanding because PTU likes theory-heavy questions. Overall, the system works, but it could be way more practical and industry-focused.

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

Likes

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.
