Remarks
The college is very bad in encouraging the student in extra curricular activities. The students cannot get an opportunity to explore their inner talent. The facilities and infrastructure are very good. The overall experience in the campus was a bit harsh but good at most the things. I feel proud to be a part of this college.
Entrance Preview
There is no entrance exam to get admission. As it is a common degree, the seats are allotted based on the percentage in plus twelve and sometime they may also consider tenth class grade points. I landed up in this college through management quota. There is no interview process. It is very easy to get admission into the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I have chosen is very good and quite interesting. It is suitable for the students who want to get degree in microbiological sciences. The focus on practical learning is up to sixty percent that concentrates on area of food processings and sterility test in the areas required. There are few research initiatives taken by the college.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are not provided by the college and many of the students does not show much interest towards internship opportunities. Only few students attend internship. I have attended for the internship and the experience during the period was very useful. The average stipend amount is about ten thousand rupees. Irrespective of stipend amount experience in the internship is awesome.
Placement Experience
The placement scenario is good and most of the students who are really good at their subject and communication skills got placed in different multinational companies. The major companies visited the campus are Wipro, Hetero, concentrix. The average package is about two lakh ten thousand rupees per annum and increments can be expected.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is high and cannot be afforded by the poor people. The fee structure is about sixty thousand to seventy thousand based on the group the student wants to enter. There is hostel facility and bus facility . I go to college by bus and bus charges range between ten thousand to thirteen thousand according to the distance.
Faculty
The faculty are very qualified and most of them are post graduates. Experience of the junior lecturers is very less and sometimes they are freshers. senior lecturers are good at teaching and are well experienced unlike junior lecturers. They are friendly with the students and the standards of teaching are not bad.
