Likes

Our conducts many fests and allows lots us to network with of other students of different courses and different branches
We have experienced an highly qualified faculties which makes us easy to learn
We have a massive playground and large auditorium

Dislikes

We do not have cafeteria or any better canteen facility in our campus
We have insufficient parking space for the no. of vehicles
We have limited college buses for students which creates problems for day scholars

Course Curriculum Overview

I have choosen this course because it has lots of opportunities in the current era. Our faculty to the student ratio is 3:66. The faculty member are highly qualified and their teaching method is simple and easy to understand. Our timely term exams are conducted once in two/three months. It is was easy to pass.

Internships Opportunities

We got our internships from the mid of 5th semester. We were offered internship from companies like Capgemini, cognizant etc and the roles offered in internship are project engineer, junior engineer and network engineer etc.

Placement Experience

We have a dedicated placement cell that facilitates placement for the students. From 7th semester our students become eligible for campus placement. The name of the companies visited are Deloitte, Wipro, tata, cognizant, Capgemini, L&T group etc. The highest package is 1100000 and average package 500000. Percentage of students getting placement are 60%. My plan after getting degree is for getting job and getting some experience and persuing my higher studies

Fees and Financial Aid

Our course fee per year cost is one lakh eight thousand. We have two types of scholarship provided to us first one is general category where the scholarship price is 40000 for four years. Another scholarship is for SEBC category students which scholarship price is 20000 per year. We have good placement cell

Campus Life

Our annual fest and tech fest was conducted every year at the time January and February month every year and the name of our fest is trifest. All the courses books and journals are available in our library. Our class rooms are specious and well ventilated which makes good learning environment for students. Our college conduct lots of sports and extra curricular activities on the campus such as basketball, volleyball, and cricket. We have social groups and clubs such as programming club , creative writing club , dance and music club , hr club etc .

Admission

The addmission process was easy. I have applied in jee examination and I secured above seventy percentile and I cleared the cutt of which was there in my college. I got the the details of the application form , application fees and application dates from my college website. I don't think there is any problem in our admission process

Likes

The environment of KIIT is best for student as their are students from all over India you learn many things other than just your course.
The college life for the students at KIIT is awesome as the architecture of the university is designed for students to explore every possible thing required by any student.
The fest of KIIT is just best the students enjoy those days the most.

Dislikes

As for me their are no flaws that I can say I dislike in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

The placement was quite good. The one who is disciplined and willing to get placed and surely get placed and the total average was around six LPA and the highest package was 53 LPA, which was offered by the atlassian

A journey that will help you learn a lot.

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

Teaching style of faculty is excellent and related to practical based

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

Likes

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

There is a specific entrance exam in trident, by clearing that exam student get extra facilities means their course fees are below as compared to normal students. MY MCA JOURNEY IN TRIDENT ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY, BBSR

Course eligibility- Maths in 12th + All bachelor's degree College took admission on the OJEE MCA score which is a govt entrance exam and anyone finds an application from the Ojee.ac.in the website in the month of jan-apr. Inside Trident Academy of Technology: A Student's Perspective

The admission process was a little bit easy. All we have to do is book a seat their in advance by giving 20k (refundable) or just by applying the counseling. Yes it has reservation benefits. Sc/St can get the seat even if they secured low marks than general. The time gap between one to another semester exam is approximately 4 months. And yes the exams are a little bit difficult as it is being held by BPUT not by our own college. The admission process is already great but one thing is the administrative officers are big manipulators.
