Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of BCA consist of some fundamental subjects of Computer like in first year the subjects are Python DBMS, DSA, operating system, fundamental information technology technology etc. The faculties are very friendly with student they are very easy approachable. after every semester, the college asked for review of every teacher of every subject. There is minimum 1.5 months of gap between Mid term and end term exams. You can pass the exams easily if you study the ppt and notes given by teachers.
Internships Opportunities
If you will maintain a good CPI in College and your technical skills are quite good then the internship opportunities will be provided to you. So I will suggest you to maintain a good CPI and create a good network with your seniors and faculties.
Placement Experience
The opportunity for on-campus placement will be given after the Completion of the second year. If you are good at quant, verbal aptitude, and DSA, and also your communication skills are decent you will get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is divided into three years and you can pay the fees of every year one time or you can pay it after every semester. At the time of admission if you are a BTech student, you can get a scholarship according to your JEE percentile and for Other courses including BCA, UP scholarship is provided. The placement department of GLA is very good. If you work hard in college you will be placed for sure.
Campus Life
College life at GLA is very fantastic. There are many clubs in the college like dance, club, gaming, club, sports club, Acting club etc. You can pursue your hobbies along with academics. Our college have a central library which provides you books of every subject. The library also have some self-growth books and spiritual books. The library timings are upto 1 AM for hostellers
Hostel Facilities
For boys, the college provides you single seater and triple seater hostels for first year and for Girls they provide two seater rooms. The hostel fees for single seater room is Rs.80,000 and for 3seater the fees is 60,000rs.And mess fees for all hostels is 34,000rs.
Admission
Eligibility criteria for BCA10+2 with any stream.You can find application form from website gla.ac.in. First of all, you have to apply on this website after filling your details then they will provide you online test link called GLAET in which they are some basic questions about maths and some general subjects like geography science. And the fees for online test is ?700 as per my knowledge .It is pretty easy test. you can download sample paper from the website. if you are shortlisted, they will Call you and after you can get admission to college.
