Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to know more and learn more about electrical engineering branch...so I enrolled in this branch... Moreover, its a core subject which will make my skills upgrade and will open up to lots of opportunities in future... We get very in depth and very much practical knowledge about it .. still I dive more into it lol .... Cuz ofcourse its exciting to study in such details All the faculties r very good and friendly...and takes care of each student

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

From 3rd year onwards the students starts getting internship with... Well known... Companies. And lots of project and opportunities from companies like tata tcs and etc provides great ???? placement to the students of 3rd yrs onwards

Placement Experience

From 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements Lot of big companies like tcs.. tata power and all provides placements and also even internships With 8.0 persentile with good understanding students can get easy placements... I will be electrical Engineer after getting degree

Fees and Financial Aid

70 thousand per year with additional hostel fees of 17 thousand and there are no other expenses.. moreover we have many schemes for scholarship Companies like T C S ,TATA and many more provideds internship and also jobs for employment

Campus Life

We have many clubs and regular activities and compititions for the engagement of students with the studies ofcourse We have all types of sports related activities like running.. football ?.. basketball ???? and badminton ???? and lot more... Including social groups And all.m

Hostel Facilities

In each room we have two students staying with given bed ????? with comfortable gada ... And all the food facilities like luch dinner breakfast as per the schedule... With good hygiene washed plates .. and we have good care taker with proper maintenance

Hostel Fee: INR 17000 per year

Admission

-By passing...Jee mains or ojee u can get in pmec -In the official website of pmec u can get information about fees structure, application dates and all -sc st and disability (40%or above) have reservations in pmec -2 internals inbetween each semester... Which actually leads us to get good marks in semester exams that r conducted by BPUT -all over it have a very easy admission process and have Welly mannered system maintainers.... - with all the academic activities and all it holds many clubs and also fests are held which leads each individual to gain confidence and have fun with studies

Likes

The environment of KIIT is best for student as their are students from all over India you learn many things other than just your course.
The college life for the students at KIIT is awesome as the architecture of the university is designed for students to explore every possible thing required by any student.
The fest of KIIT is just best the students enjoy those days the most.

Dislikes

As for me their are no flaws that I can say I dislike in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

The placement was quite good. The one who is disciplined and willing to get placed and surely get placed and the total average was around six LPA and the highest package was 53 LPA, which was offered by the atlassian

A journey that will help you learn a lot.

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

Teaching style of faculty is excellent and related to practical based
Infrastructure of collage is just excellent and view is stunning

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

Likes

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

I applied for this college and I got confirmation for admission from this college . I choose this college over other colleges because as per my jee ranks this college was best . No I didn't get any rejection cause my 1st choice was this college. Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. Overview of PMEC

No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure. The admission process is through the jeemain exams and ojee exam after clearing these entrance exam and eligible for the cutoff rank u should go for online counseling which is held for approx one month and then if u get ur seat in online counseling in this college then should go for offline verification and the final process....Read More
