As computer Science is the top most Branch in all engineering college in terms Placement . So i choose the curicullum environment in the college was not as aspected but its good enough . to be honest there is no curriculum as such which prepare us for real world its we wgo need to prepare ourselves to tackle with the real world problems . Course structre is very old it should change with need of present scenario and should include courses releated to the Branch . Teaching method is so traditional and not upto the mark. the exam pattern is good we have one mid sem one minor and class test and end sem for the theory subjects in one semester on 6 months . And one lab Exam For repective labs . which is called final we have to perform experiment and attend one viva .

THERE ARE MANY ROLES LIKE , JUNIOR FRONTEND DEVELOPER , YOU WILL GET TO OPPERATE POWER PPT AND PREPARE THEM FOR AN RESENTATION , YOU MAY GE CHANCE TO WORK IN THE PROJECTS UNDER SENIOR DEVELOPER . HIGHEST PACKAGE IS 80LPA WITH A BASE SALARY OF 20 LPA . AVERAGE PACAKGE IS 13-14 LPA OF THE COLLEGE AND FROM CSE BRANCH IT IS 18LPA. 93% STUDENTS GET PLACED LAST YEAR IN OUR CAMPUS . I WILL GO FOR A JOB IN COMPANIES LIKE MICROSOFT AND GOOGLE . CAMPUS PLACEMENT IS VERY GOOD IN OUR CAMPUS , YOU CAN ET YOUR DREAM JOB IF YOU WORK HARD .

for general category it is 72600 /- for family income below 5 lakh above 1 lakh it is 32000/- and for below 1 lakh and SC ST its is 10100/- . for one semester . for it is 820000 /- 450000/- and 120000/- repectively for the full course . UGC , RELIENCE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP , AND THERE ARE MORE SUCH SCHOLARSHIP . THERE IS NO SUCH EXPERINECE WITH ME .

There is one technical fest tecnoesis and one cultural Fest incandescence , AND every branch orgainse there branch fest . we have asias biggest digital library . there is no technlogy the old gallery class room but there are projectors in the class room of new gallery . there two large football and cricket ground good facilities and one sports complex for all the indoor games . there are many clubs for activities like E CELLfor entreprenurshuip and gdsc for google developers and many other technological clubs and other like photography dance and many more . they elp student improve their sills in their field of interest by providing a field and platform.

hostel facilities are good from my experience , it has clean bathrooms and hot water facilities but the food quality is not that good . rooms have good amount of space it has two seater single seater rooms alloted based on the rank of entrace exam . hostel registration easy you can do it online or offline you just need to pay the fees and filled a simple form regarding your personal details . no i haven't rented any pg so i don't have any idea about that .

Yes for the Admission in the Nits there is an entracce exam named Jee Mains whichh is conducted by NTA , We can apply from their official web site fees of the Form is 1000 /- , there are two seassion for this exam in one year one in january and another one in april . There are three subjects in the exam Physics Chemistry And Mathematics . There are total 90 question out of which you have to attempt 75 only question are Easy in Physics , moderate in Chemistry And maths is little bit on tougher Side. And the cutoff is around 24000 for the general category home state in Nit silchar to get computer Science . and if you ahve other category then you can get with higher rank . From other state you need around 12000 rank for general category to get computer Science in Nit Silchar . Admission Process is Smooth as we can apply through online from Application Admission .
