Likes

The way of teaching is very nice with smart board it give us best understanding.
The campus is too vast and buildings are having lift in it.
They provide inside the campus hostel as well as outside the campus as per your choice

Dislikes

The college is too vast for doing 2-3 minute work you have to walk for 10 minute.
The food of the mess should be change every week.
The some campus building is not too good .they have to be renovated.

Course Curriculum Overview

CSE course is highly paid course in the university and it's one of the best course which the student should apply for it for their carrier.The teaching method of CSE is best as the faculty are from IIT and way of teaching is also best.

Internships Opportunities

Teachnook in collaboration with FLUXUS IIT INDORE and IIT BOMBAY E-CELL is organizing a 2 Months of Training + Internship program. And many more, first you have to purchase there course and after the completion of course they provide you stipend about 5-8 thousand.

Placement Experience

From 5th to 8th semester student become eligible for campus placement. And company which are visited amazon, TCS. Highest package is offered 11,00,000 per anum and average package is 3 to 5 lakhs. The minimum percentage should 8% for eligible for placement. After the degree my plans are for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee is increases or decreases as the decision of the academic member.Now currently the course fee of b.tech CSE is 2,25,000/- per year. And the complete course of CSE is 10,00,000. And compulsory charge of one time is 14000.

Campus Life

Celegance is the annual festival which was celebrated every year of 4th year students on March.They have two library not much big but it have all Book which a student required.They offer all the sports which are indoor or outdoor.

Hostel Facilities

They provide you single, double, triple and four bedrooms for boys and girls. And the cost is vary within the bedroom which you choose and they also provide you ac and non AC room. They provide you 3 time meal in a day and the menu is same for every week.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Admission

You have to score 60% percentage minimum for b.tech course with it you have to give score good in jee mains.And you find application form in their site cgu.in And the application fee is free of cost and application date are available after the board result.

The environment of KIIT is best for student as their are students from all over India you learn many things other than just your course.
The college life for the students at KIIT is awesome as the architecture of the university is designed for students to explore every possible thing required by any student.
The fest of KIIT is just best the students enjoy those days the most.

Dislikes

As for me their are no flaws that I can say I dislike in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

The placement was quite good. The one who is disciplined and willing to get placed and surely get placed and the total average was around six LPA and the highest package was 53 LPA, which was offered by the atlassian

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

I gave her and applied for colleges like bit sindri, lpu, chandigarh university but was not able to get bit and lpu was to costly which was out of budget for me . An Honest Look at Life and Learning at CV Raman Global University

I chose CV Raman Global University over some other colleges I applied to mainly because it offered my preferred course with reasonable fees, decent infrastructure and an acceptable placement record. I had also applied to a few government and well-known private colleges, but I could not secure admission there due to higher cutoffs, strong competition and rank limitations in entrance exams. Compared to those colleges, CVRGU provided quicker confirmation, flexible admission timelines and a clear course structure, which made the decision easier. The admission process was smooth and student-friendly, based on eligibility criteria like minimum marks in Class 12 for UG courses, and it accepts exams such as JEE Main along with merit-based admissions. Most students prefer JEE Main, though cutoffs are moderate compared to top-tier colleges. Comparing to different colleges such as iter or kiit universities then here you get good opportunity to participate in different clubs and show off their skill infront of the officials .
