Course Curriculum Overview
In my course of MA English the curriculum includes Shakespeare's writing, John Donne' sonnets and writings of William Wordsworth which seems very fascinating to me. Methods of teaching is not very practical, facility of smart board is only in M.A final year class.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees is very nominal, my tution fees is only 3600rs per anam. No scholarship is provided on the behalf of college but you can apply for state or national scholarship. 500 rs is to be submitted as library security money that is to be refunded after the completion of course
Campus Life
A Talent show is organised every year and many intra department competition is also organised . Mostly books are available in college library which you can avail on your library card. Sports activities are held once in a year . Smart class facility is also available but for specific classes.
Admission
Eligibility for most of the course is to be 12th pass. The application form starts in August or September. Exams are conducted after every six months. Reservation is for SC, OBCs and EVS. Difficulty level of exams is normal, not so hard.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is very low . There are not enough teachers in the college for example there is only one teacher of political science in the whole college. Faculty is very supportive and have great knowledge of their subject. We often interact with teachers.
