Likes

I like the aspects of my college. And I love the atmosphere of my college. And I think our college needs lots of improvements.
The faculties are really awesome in proving their teaching skills. They are really friendly with us. Their mentorship quality is appreciative.
Our campus has a long infrastructure including campus amenities and learning facilities. And our college is NBA accredited.

Dislikes

Facilities needs to be improved. It's a hilly area and vehicles are provided only to the main block. Not to every department. Their are kilometers distance between each department. That's so dislikeable.
Faculties are very strict sometimes. They are academically active but for arts and sports they are not so supportive.
Course curriculum really helps to improve our personal skill development.

Yes. The specific aspects of the curriculum really influenced the decision of choosing this course. It is very helpful in preparing my curriculum for real world applications or further academic pursuits. The syllabus we currently following is very old generational and it has to be improved so that real world achievements can be fulfilled.

Placement Experience

As per our department placements packages are not so bad. Placements are comparatively high for computer science and engineering department. Currently we are third year students so not appeared for any placements till now. We are focusing on the studies right now. The fourth year students are eligible for campus placements. In our department 70 above students has been placed in different companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The current tuition fee structure is very high and I am a low-caste student but now I'm in general category with no scholarship.But for other low-caste students college provides e-grants and other scholarships. Well I have no scholarship.

Campus Life

Campus life is really awesome and the atmosphere of our college is really addictive. Sports and arts our college gone really well. All students performed their best in fields and stages. Also our faculties been really supportive this time. College students has been very successfully running NSS which is very helpful in increasing our social servicing skills. Overall campus experience is really memorable and awesome.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are not so bad but needs lots of improvements comparing to other college hostels. Meal quality is not so bad, it is healthy but taste wise food is very average. And menu is not so satisfying. I am currently occupied in our college owned hostel which is government. Registration process was offline and was easy. And it was affordable.

Hostel Fee: INR 3100 per year

Admission

Admission process was very simple but the travel was expensive and travelling facility is very less.Reservation are available for different category. The frequency and timing of exams are no so difficult. Everything needs to be technical as we are studying in a technical university. And college needs improvement in practically implementing our skills for our own college needs.Faculties has to find more time in improving this side for our college purposes. The atmosphere of our college is not apt for practically implementing our skills in our college. I got admission through Btech lateral entry exam and I got good rank thats why I am in this college right now. And I am satisfied with all we have in our college.

Faculty

Our faculties are both strict and friendly towards us. Our faculties are well qualified in their professional career. They provide us very interactive, encouraging and useful classes so that we can easily cover the whole course successfully.

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

The overall environment here is great. Students coming from different backgrounds make us more capable of meeting new people who have different ideas and that makes things easier,apart from achieving technical greatness ,curtain clubs are here
These clubs gives opportunities to gain new skills and to showcase our existing skills, sports clubs are also present which will help improve skills in sports
Cultural clubs , technical clubs are also present here to aid in your interest

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

Likes

college provides nice venue good study environment
provide library facilities and lab facilities

It is so far from the main road a lot to walk

Students can get internships from First sem. Students become eligible from 7th sem for campus placement . The average package begins from 15000/- to most highest package of 25000/-. The percentage of students getting paced is 20-30%.I have been planiing to go to higher studies.

Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature

Dislikes

The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university. Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt) We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

The college provides a good atmosphere to truly get a job in the competetive world if we are willing to work for it.
They heavily monitor attendance to make sure that you take your classes so that you perform well in your exams
The facilities provided by the college are good as there are several labs and workshops for hands-on experience

Dislikes

The campus life can get boring and it feels like we are in a rat race.
Some teachers can be a bit apathetic towards the students.
The number events that encourage social interactions in not many

Placement Experience:

The students are elegible for campus placements from the 7th semester and almost all students get placements provided they don't have any subject yet to clear at the time of placement. There are several companies that visit the college for recruiting including but not limited to TCS, CTS,etc,.

The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end
The faculties are good and maintain a decent teaching style
The sports activities are well maintained here

Dislikes

The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there

Yes the college is providing placement facilities and the College has its own placement and industrial relations wing that is said to study about the current industrial requirements and provide the adequate amount of training for the students
