What Students Say

Likes

The college provide external facilities for students other than the academics
There is a good library system and students able to take academic books as well as non academic books from the library system in the college
The college provide more opportunities for students in performing extra circular activities by conducting Arts and Tech fests

Dislikes

There is high amount fess is to paid in the name tution fee
There is no freedom is provided compared to the other colleges
The placement is offering less in some branches

Course Curriculum Overview

The course consists of 8 semesters.The first year was difficult for me , because the most of subjects are related to other branches and coming to next semesters it was easier for the computer science students to score marks in University exam compared to other branches

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The student who taken the admission through government quota have to pay for tuition fee is 75000? in one year.For each semester the student has to pay 40k it includes exam fee and other fees. The students take admission through the management and NRI quota have to pay more tution fees in a year.There is a scholarship is provided by college trust for the students having low income and good mark in the 12th and keam.

Campus Life

The overall college performance is good. The college provide extra circular activities for the students.In the month of March collage held technical fest .There is good library system maintened and students are able to take academic books as well as other books from the library.There is a no of students community clubs run on the college.

Admission

The main eligibility is the students must secure pass mark in Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination and it is necessary for the student who wants to take admission in government and management quota.I take the admission through the government quota (state merit)and my second option was vidya and I take admission after the second allotment.There is a several reserved quota seats for the students have low keam rank compared to the state merit.

Faculty

The faculty member in the college are in highly qualified and some of them have phd.The teachers are full supportive for any event or program in the college.The faculty member are friendly to students and helpthe students for clearing the academics doubts

An overview of RIT

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

My Review about MDIT Kozhikode

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is excellent because it contains so many informative ideas and the practical lab is the best. I chose this course to get an idea about the civil engineering field and i m satisfied with it. The faculty members are very supportive and helpful. The student ratio is very low. Faculties at our college are MTech holders and PHD also. There will be two series exams and one university exam in each semester and there are eight semesters in Btech.

College admission is purely based on our entrance score and the way we given the priority of college to get admission in college of engineering thalassery qe should attend keam entrance exam otherwise you can get into the management seats which will costs 1lakh per year.
