Friends who became family, they made my college life beautiful.
Well experienced and skilled teachers who are really friendly.
Many companies have approached our college for campus placements.

Dislikes

There is no Men's Hostel facility in the college.
Campus area is really small and conjusted.
Ther is no playground or indoor turf in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Information Technology is a field which has lots of job opportunities nowadays. However since the pandemic situation, the timing of exam has changed from a gap of 6 months to 3 months. If you listen enough in the class, you can easily pass these exams.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are offered by startup companies which are registered under college itself. One of the company is Hue Solutions. They provide a stipend of 4000 per month for the selected interns.

Placement Experience

Many companies like UST Global, Qburst, IBM have approached our college for campus placements. Average offer made by them is around 6 LPA. Highest offer was 15 LPA by Thoughtspot. Almost 50 percent of our students got placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got admission in the SC reservation category, As a result I don't have to pay any fee in the college except PTA fund and Alumni membership fee. Egrantz scholarship is provided for eligible students.

Campus Life

Aagneya is the name of tech fest by our college. It is conducted in June. Even though there is no playground, our sports team have performed well in the university competitions. Clubs like music, dance, film, fashion clubs are run by students.

Admission

To get admission for Information Technology in this college, you have to complete plustwo with more than 50 percent marks and a good KEAM rank. In my case, I had 83 percent in plustwo and 42016 rank in KEAM. Cutoff for SC students were 45914.

Faculty

All the teachers are highly qualified and really friendly. They are always happy to help students. We can approach them anytime if there is any doubts. There is a total of 30 faculty members for 280 students in our IT department.

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

Likes

The overall environment here is great. Students coming from different backgrounds make us more capable of meeting new people who have different ideas and that makes things easier,apart from achieving technical greatness ,curtain clubs are here
These clubs gives opportunities to gain new skills and to showcase our existing skills, sports clubs are also present which will help improve skills in sports
Cultural clubs , technical clubs are also present here to aid in your interest

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

Likes

college provides nice venue good study environment
provide library facilities and lab facilities

It is so far from the main road a lot to walk

Placement Experience:

Students can get internships from First sem. Students become eligible from 7th sem for campus placement . The average package begins from 15000/- to most highest package of 25000/-. The percentage of students getting paced is 20-30%.I have been planiing to go to higher studies.

Likes

Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature

Dislikes

The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university. Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt) We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

The college provides a good atmosphere to truly get a job in the competetive world if we are willing to work for it.
They heavily monitor attendance to make sure that you take your classes so that you perform well in your exams
The facilities provided by the college are good as there are several labs and workshops for hands-on experience

Dislikes

The campus life can get boring and it feels like we are in a rat race.
Some teachers can be a bit apathetic towards the students.
The number events that encourage social interactions in not many

Placement Experience:

The students are elegible for campus placements from the 7th semester and almost all students get placements provided they don't have any subject yet to clear at the time of placement. There are several companies that visit the college for recruiting including but not limited to TCS, CTS,etc,.

The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end
The faculties are good and maintain a decent teaching style
The sports activities are well maintained here

Dislikes

The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there

Yes the college is providing placement facilities and the College has its own placement and industrial relations wing that is said to study about the current industrial requirements and provide the adequate amount of training for the students
