Course Curriculum Overview
I was a Computer science engineering student. I am not satisfied with the syllabus and schemes, they are more theoretic and less practical. You will need to learn a lot more skills own your own outside of the college curriculum to get placed. There are so much unwanted subjects that are a complete waste of time. first two years you will be studying physics, and chemistry. Subjects no matter what department you are which are the plus two-level syllabus.
Placement Experience
Students after s5 will become eligible for placement drives. Almost every student got placed as interns or in job roles. Some companies visited include TCS, UST Globals QJSpiders, Poornam, Tosil Systems.
Fees and Financial Aid
You can apply for various scholarship schemes. The opportunities are more if you are a student alloted by merit. You can get tuition fee waiver if you are among one of the top five ranker based on the keam exam at your college. You can get egrants, merit cum means scholarship etc.
Campus Life
There is annual Sports meet and Arts festivels are held every year. Books and journels are available at college library. Facilities and technological provisions at classrooms are good. Sports and extracurricular activities support are less. You will need to fight a lot to get them. Like only a few equipments are there ecspecially for girls.
Admission
Got allotted based on my keam rank. Anyone with a rank up to 30000 can get alloted on merit. I availed no reservation benifits. Now even students without writing entrance exam can get admission. But fees are higher for them
Faculty
Faculties are available for every subject. Faculties are qualified. Adopts good teaching methods. You can interact with them whenever you want. Guidance on project related works are not satisfactory. Good
