Our college is somewhat an average college with some pros and cons like every other thing Studies is somewhat okay but in other activities and job opportunities our college is not so good in that Placement cell is not too active
Entrance Preview
As I have heard about this college prestigious from other students and elders And also it is a renowned college of Aktu UP And hence after hearing all these things I decided to take admission in this college But today I can't say that have I having my decision right!
Course Curriculum Overview
Actually this college and especially my branch of Mechanical engineering is NBA ACCREDITED which is based on outcome based education (OBE) So here in this some guidelines being issued to the colleges for the students development and education which the college is liable to follow But our college is not doing good in that
Internships Opportunities
Actually I don't think so that our college is providing any internship I think that as per the university norms our college is following the same And hence nothing is being done over here
Placement Experience
In cs and it branch there is a good job opportunities for the students as many companies visit here But for civil and mechanical the condition is very poor Our college placement cell is not active in this matter And hence very few job opportunities are there for civil and mechanical students
College Events
There are 2 fests held in our college every year First is Mythri which is held in October and in that games and sports activities are being played in the college Second is Zealicon in March which is a technical fest and all robotic activities are being there in this Like Robowars
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very expensive for the poor students not having good financial back ground. Some waste expenses are being added to the fees for that we are not provided with that facilities Even also they do not split the fees semester wise and we have to pay all the fees at once Fees is generally around 1,50,000
Alumni/Alumna
College seniors are good because in the college premesis they do not indulge in the ragging activities Even when I was in the first year I met with many seniors and all of them are so friendly that they helped me alot Also as they helped I am also helping my juniors as well
Exam Structure
In the college there are 3 internal test being conducted in the college in each semester Each student will be required to give atleast two exams and each student will be required to maintain an attendance of over 75% Datesheet is provided before the exams and after exams copies are being shown to the students
Admission
Firstly I applied for UPSEE EXAM in which I appeared and secured a rank of 37830 in general category Exam was held in May,2017 I entered in the UPSEE councelling and entered this college as my choice At last in the 5th round I got admission in this college in August 2017
Faculty
Teachers are good as well as not so good Some are having good communication skills with the students which help them to get the confidence and love from the students While some are like that same older master who only think that studies is the only students duty But one thing I want to say that all the teachers are good qualified from renowned University and colleges
