Course Curriculum Overview

5

The teaching methods are quite advanced such as the use of projectors and smart classes allowing students to learn in a fun way away from just plain black and white books and the teachers use real life explanations in order to relate more to the students

Internships Opportunities

5

The internships offered were from other comatose such as tech savvy and ai companies such as 24/7 and so on which offered promising jobs in the corporate background also many other companies with good job placements were offered to the students allowing them to be independent

Fees and Financial Aid

Admission fees for st Anthony's college Shillong was around 19000 for bachelor's in history and the semester fees ranged from 12000 to 7000 depending On each semester which is pretty affordable in comparison to other colleges exam fees are around 1200 for each semester exam also,sc and st categories have a different category in terms of admission and various scholarships are also offered to them via college

Campus Life

5

Overall my campus life was really good as I entered into the ncc club which allowed me to develop my personality and made me have a confident and positive attitude to life also it helped me make new friends and socialise better with all people also the activity in college were very good as well

Admission

The other colleges I applied for were St Edmunds college, Shillong and Don bosco university ,assam I chose this college over the other two as the first college was offering me admission in the department of economics however I wanted the subject history also the latter college was far off from home and it was lockdown period so I opted for st Anthony's college as it was reasonably low admission also it offered ncc

Faculty

5

The faculty members are quite helpful when it comes to forgetting admit card or late payment of fees and do not charge extra money incase of financial difficulties also they are quite supportive in terms of creativity and activities such as drawing painting and drama

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course psychology itself is a mind blowing. While studying the course I was able to know the details regarding problem-solving, attention seeking, decision making, concrete thinking ans so on. As the curriculum is more theoretical, the real world application is extremely limited. The only exposure we get is at our internship programs. Other than that we are limited to our classrooms. The exams lasts about half to three-fourth a month and there are 1-2 days gaps between each exam so the student can make some last minute preparations.

The college needs to work out a bit and have an accommodation for outstation students. That way, more students will be interested to study in the college. They should try their best to have it in the college.

Students take admission so as to get good placements. However, this college doesn't really have that option and so it needs to improve in that aspect as it'll ultimately give name to the college and also its alumnis.
