Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is comprehensive, covering key computer science topics like data structures, algorithms, and AI, with a strong focus on practical labs, projects, and internships. It offers industry-relevant subjects and flexible electives, preparing students well for real-world applications. However, there could be more focus on emerging technologies like cloud computing and blockchain, and the inclusion of interdisciplinary courses. Improvements in teaching methods, such as interactive learning and continuous assessments, would enhance engagement. Exams are well-spaced, moderately challenging, but additional quizzes could help reinforce learning.
Placement Experience
From the endos semester 6 onwards students are eligible to attend the campus interviews. Companies like Oracle TCS is more extra harvesting every year. Highest on campus placement acquired was nearly 30-33 LPA. Highest of campus placement was about 54 lpa. Almost 6270% students are getting placed every year from my branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total tution fees for the course is 9650Rs only.Other academic expense include exam registration and PTA fund.Here,all students are admitted based on merit only.For SC/ST students fees is only 1500 rs by availing scholarship.
Campus Life
'Dyuthi' is the main yearly event of campus.Also also CSE branch holds special flagship even called 'proxy' every year which is conducted in National level. Several clubs like IEEE,ISTE etc are regularly functioning in campus. All sorts of sports and extra curricular activities are encouraged.
Admission
I had received admission in NIT Calicut for Production engineering. But I choose this college because the CSE course is having more scope these days. Admission is done after qualifying the Keam examination. If you are from general category you require really good score and rank to secure admission here.
Faculty
Faculties are really helpful and qualified.Physics professor Ramesh Sir was the best faculty I have met.He was extremely honest,commited to his profession.There are some teachers we may feel not comfortable.But everyone are trying their best.
