Fees and Financial Aid

Fees varies depending on your course. I had taken Bachelor of Arts and my fees was 45000 per year. St. Claret College also provides scholarships and placements with proper training as well. Our college offers wide variety of programs

Campus Life

4

Our college provides us with so many fests and programs and that gives each of us the opportunity to showcase our talents. They have many eventful programs that helps us give a lot of knowledge and have fun at the same time.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

Hostel facilities are not that great. Their food is not that great and are not hygiene as well. The wardens are very strict and not at all understanding. Vegetarian students aren't allowed at the hostel

Admission

My college provided the course that I wanted (psychology and sociology) and the colleges that I've applied except Christ and Jain university, other colleges didn't have this course. Due to personal reasons I was not able to attend my interviews at Kristu Jayanti University and St. Joseph University

Faculty

3.5

The faculties are super friendly and we can approach them at any time. They teach us very well and are really understanding. They do give us hectic projects within a short time but they make us understand how to do it and gives us a lot of references. We have two main exams 1. Internal exam and 2. semester exams In between we also have class tests, research activities, student centric activities for each subjects

Other Applied Colleges

St Joseph's University | Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Psychology)

By the time my interview dates came I already got admission at St. Claret College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA English curriculum at the Central University of Karnataka is comprehensive and academically relevant. The course covers British Literature, American Literature, Indian Writing in English, Literary Theory, Linguistics, and Cultural Studies, providing students with a strong foundation in language and literature. The interdisciplinary approach under NEP and the availability of electives were among the factors that influenced my decision to choose this course.

Placement Experience:

The university does have a placement team which faculy and student led. Studnets become eligible for placements towards the end of their fourth year - last semeter. Approximately 100-150 NGO's come to campus for recruiting. The university does not promote private firms for placement but students can apply indivitually. The average pay is 20 Lakh per year. Many students after undergraduation opt for higher studies, so is my plan. But most of the master's students opt for placement and 98% - 99% get placed into NGO in top positions. I plan to pursure a masters degree after my undergraduation, preferably in economics.

Kittel Arts College, Bachelor of Arts [BA] (English)
Reviewed on Aug 7, 2023(Enrolled 2023)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I selected BA(English) course. Because I was quite good at English that's why I chose it. And I still Didn't go to college. Because our class starting date didn't announce by the college (Kittel arts college, Dharwad). That's why I have no idea about teaching staff and facilities. Of course, I hope it will be the best that I heard about this (kittel arts college, Dharwad) college. I heard only positive comments about this college.

Placement Experience:

In the final year students become eligible for placements and we have placement cell also. In 2nd year only we have attended 2-4 news channels interview and training. But due to pandemic, we didn't attend placements and all. And our seniors to didn't attend for placements because they are interested in higher education. So the percentage of placements is not clear, but for us, they prepared fully to attend any type of job interviews and also to handle all juniur of news channel and newspaper.
