Likes

The overall vibe and infrastructure of the college is good
There are several technical and coding clubs to or students
Faculties are very helpful to the students

Dislikes

Coding culture is not that much good here
Students intake is too much in respective branches
Campus is a little by it short according to number of students

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate the course curriculum a bit relevant in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. The curriculum of the college prepares you according to the industry requirements. There are several areas of improvements in teaching methodology of the professors .They need to give practical knowledge to the students instead of theory related subjects

Internships Opportunities

There are not much, but a few companies which provides internship opportunities in our college. Companies for different domains like AR/VR developer and web developer also approach to the students studying here.

Placement Experience

The placements of my college are not as much good , but if you have good set of skills, you will be able to grab a god job. The students are eligible for the placements from 7th semester. Different companies like TCS, Infosys, wipro, Accenture have visited and made offers of highest around 48 Lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise -139999 Tution fee - 112000 Registration Fee -3000 Development fee -15000 Alumni fee -1200 Book fee -5000 Caution fee - 2000 There are also fee waiver seats available for students having good rank in jee mains There is UP scholarship available for students for all categories having domicile in UP. The amount is around 57000 for General category and 100000 FG or SC

Campus Life

Different technical fests like INNOTECH, and annual fests like Epoque Prastuti is also held at different times in a year. There is also a vast library in which there are variety of books for all courses. There are many student run clubs which are led by the students from 2nd year and 3rd year like innogeeks, technocrats, kinesis technical society etc.

Admission

I chose this college according to the NIRF ranking and the placement records here which I found good. I applied for a list of colleges in UPTAC counselling but at my rank, i found this college the best option. Here in my college admission are taken through aktu counselling based on jee mains rank

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is quite decent.The faculties are very much helpful to the students and students can approach them anytime during the college and text or message them for help. There is one sessional exam and pre university exam before semester examination

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Likes

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

Placement Experience:

Placements of thos college is quiet good Many big companies provides internships and placements This year also quiet many students got placed TCS visited the campus for hiring Average packhage is 15 lakh per annum

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory
I like the support that is provided by the college towards the placements of the students

Dislikes

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

Decent Opportunities in Emerging Domains and Exposure to Hands-on Project

Likes

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Dislikes

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

Poor management regarding any issue and problem
iCloud app not working properly and full of glitches and bugs
Slow process and management takes a lot of time to do work

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

This college has become autonomus so the exam and other activites are conducted by college itself . I have contacted to the alumnis of the college and they prefereed is better for NCR region private college. Honest College review

I dont applied for any other college . I did the choice filling for this college only and got in 1 ROUND .This colllege provides good exposure and good placements . My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Admission happens here through JEE MAINS and DIRECT ADMISSION as well For my course if you are general then you should have atleast 90+ percentile if you are from home state that is UP. Well rounded engineering College Journey at KIET Group of Instituations

I choose this college because now its an autonomous university by which we can get many benefits . In comparision of other colllege fee structure is very favourable and afforable like in other private college like Amity , galgotia ,gl bajaj etc KIET offers various oppournity for students in each in every fields thy want to make their carrier. Review for my college.

I got this college from my jee mains rank and UPTAC counselling I applied for JECRC University in which i got selected in CSE branch but I dropped it because it has so many students they admitted every student but in this college there is limited intake and seats are filled strictly on merit basis no donation is accepted just 15% seats are filled through direct admission which also involves written test and interview in college.To take admission in this insititute, you have to score good in JEE Mains exam and must have good percentage in class 12th after JEE you have to apply for UPTAC counselling.Through that you can get admission here....Read More
