The environment is good the location is also good
The faculty in this college are good architecture too
The infrastructure is very nice and college is still expanding

Dislikes

There is no ac in our classrooms so it's really hot in summers
The canteen use to be good but the food is not very good now and it's expensive too
The work load the faculty pushes on the students is large

Curriculum are good they take us for site visits and try us to give us the real on field experience. Which really helps us to understand how the buildings are made and what are the factors we need to keep check on

Class Size: 37Course Fees: INR 199000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly it's 199000rs registering fees was 500rs, there was a NASA fees it's was around 200rs and 18000rs as security. The fees keeps on increase for new students but students who are already in the college pays the same amount

Campus Life

Overall experience in the campus is good there is no bullies as it's an anti raging campus plus the seniors are very friendly and the campus is good with infrastructure there are clubs which keeps us occupied along with the studies

Admission

The location of the college is really conviencent to reach and is in the middle of dwarka with 100m walk to metro station plus it's one of the largest architecture college in North India plus it is affiliated with ipu so it's good

The faculty are good architecture on there own and have their own firms running side by side. The teacher and student realationship is good there can be few teacher who are a bad but otherwise it's grest. There are 4 exams in 1 years 2 end sems and 2 mid sems. Nearly 95% of students passes the exams

Likes

girls to boys ratio in every year is nearly 50-50. A 50-50 gender ratio creates balance, inclusivity, and fairness.
professors are very friendly, and always helps in the projects personally.
all the faculty of well qualified in there respective fields.

Dislikes

the building's infrastructure can be improved
there is no air condition in the class rooms
the department closes at 5:30pm, students can't work there after 5:30pm

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum focuses on real world design problems, critical thinking and other software skills that are going to be useful in the professional field. but in this era of artificial intelligence, there is no academic upskilling with AI right now. professors are working on incorporating AI with the curriculum and it will soon be incorporated.

College life of a first year

Likes

The enviornment around the whole campus is built in a very nature friendly way. students can interact with various activities around the campus.
The Campus itself is built in a ver modern way, which helps students to imagine in a creative way.
As it is the main campus for the course of Architecture. alot of events are organised inside the campus which helps the students to interact with there seniors.

Dislikes

The notices having important information are often sanctioned late.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the forst year the faculty will make you do completely dumb and irrelevant stuff which is mostly not related to the real life. You will surely feel like and think in a way that why you are doing all this, but slowly the curriculum will get difficult and would have real world applications. In the starting you should improve your drafting and most importantly you should procastinate your work and should learn the importance of time management.

The infrastructure of the university and the campus.

The faculty is very experienced and thorough with the curriculum. The teaching methods are very good. The exams are conducted annually with sessional tests in between. Since architecture is not so easy course, it comes with its challenges but the student can tackle them with the help of faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are various reasons for which I choosed architecture as a course and the most important is it makes us explore our imagination and creativity and adds technical knowledge to support our creativity to bring it in real life. The Faculty - student ratio is 1:30, all the teachers are phd holders.

I chose the course because of my passion for buildings, the faculty is very dedicated and teacehrs put in alot of hard work with the students. The gender ratio is impressively 1:1. The professors are from good colleges themselves and the teaching methodology is that of an experienced person in the feild. Exams take place annually, semester marking is done on the basis of internal assisment.

Because I wanted to do something creative mixed with technology I chose architecture. The faculty-student ratio was perfect and the faculty taught really well. The teaching method in architecture is more than textbooks. It's much more practical.

Boring Life in College

I got into this college through NASA examination. I wanted to get a college in delhi cuz i stay here. I also gave JEE for architecture in which i scored good marks but not good enough to get a college in Delhi so yes had to work with this one. Will do better for masters. I also got DTC Noida but it was far away from my place and also it was mainly a btech college and this decision of mine not taking that clg was a good one. The eligibility for the architecture course includes 50% of your 12th percentage and 50% of your NATA score. Mind, soul and body college for architecture

You need to have at least 50% in the science stream(mandatory). Maths is also a compulsory subject. You Have to give entrance tests like NATA, IIT JEE MAIN PAPER 2. There are quota benefits .as you can better rank after sitting for the entrance test.
