Remarks

my positive remarks for that the college is very good the faculty is very good the study is very good and then from sister is nice but that's my negative remarks are that the students cannot go anywhere for burns like there is no I'm also anything in around 30 minutes of time if you have to go to a mall you have to wait 30 minutes and traveling show the social life of banking is not that good but the studies have a good in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very good and KIET is known for its study quality, the teachers are nice and the curriculum i.e. the subjects are designed very nicely and cover all the main topics any engineering graduate needs to learn.

Internships Opportunities

No, the college doesn't directly provide internship but they share our details with Internshala and we get e-mails regarding internships so that we can choose one that suits us best. Stipend differs from internship to internship and it may not be there and it may be good enough but giving an exact number is not possible.

Placement Experience

A lot of companies come for in campus placements and many of our seniors have got placed with high packages. For CS Branch the average placements are around 4.5 lakhs per annum and may go higher up to 15 lakhs. For the IT branch, the highest package is 13.65 Lakhs in Cronos and the average package is around 3.5 lakhs.

College Events

Our college celebrates a lot of events. Technical events include ENDEAVOUR KIET, INNOTECH KIET Cultural events include EPOQUE, PRASTUTI Sports events like RANN are also organized. In cultural even big celebrities are called, last year in 2017 Nuclea came to EPOQUE.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible as there are 10% seats for fee waiver category but if u do not come in that then there are normal fees of 1,39,000. Which is equal to all the colleges for BTech.

Fees and Financial Aid

The best scholarship facility is the fee waiver scheme and I have availed it myself in which students with their parent's annual income less than 5 lakhs can avail this and if they come top in merit list they are considered for fee waiver and fees is 23091 per year.

Campus Life

the college has a lot of extracurricular activities there are a lot of many groups in the college and the sports facilities very good the ground is variable and a lot of students are always playing in the ground from starting from 9 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. round is always full of students playing and the labs are very good the equipment is top-notch and the teachers help a lot in using the lab equipments and the students are also free to go to any lab and do their work if they have any project or anything.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are well built and have all the facilities. The mess is good but the food is average. Snacks are awesome in the evening time. Infrastructure is good but the campus size is a little small at 17.9 acres. But the buildings have all the facilities ACs and Smart TVs etc.

Alumni/Alumna

the social network of the college is very good the college always has the best alumni network and it also has his own website like kite Almaconnect with which the juniors can connect to the aluminized and the college also provides meetups they always call the aluminized 1 topper 1 mediocre and 10 square and keep the interaction with the students so that they can know what they did and how they did and this type of metal is always done in a month also they are very helpful.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is as follows : There are 3 sessional exams and out of these three, the marks of the best two are considered for internal marking. Teacher assessment consists of attendance marks, assignments and tutorials given by the teacher. Total 30 marks per subject internal (20 for 2 sessionals and 10 for teachers assessment) and then 70 marks theory University exam. The practicals have equal weightage 50 for both internal as well as external practicals.

Admission

I gave the UPSEE exam aka UPTU exam and secured 6136 ranks and then I filled the online counseling form and then I filled choices then got the admission after that I went to college on the given date on the allottment letter and completed admission there and paid the fees.

Faculty

The faculty is A Class and very knowledgeable, they know all about their subjects and are always ready to help be it college hours or after hours they never say no for a doubt. Faculty at KIET is truly the best.

Likes

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

placements were fine companies that were coming at the college for placements were mostly non tech and tech jobs were very less .Off-campus opportunities were better. i would rate it 2/5 . the companies approaching were also not the best

A honest review about NIET(fees, internship,faculties,placements,and everything you need to know before joining)

Likes

The quality of study is very appreciable. As our syllabus is very updated. Also the practical knowledge in colleges very good as well.
New buildings for 1st year as to prevent ragging is a very plus point. This prevent first year student from ragging and also give them a very friendly and good environment as well.
The placements are very good as in terms of quantity and quality as well many many companies came here and also many big companies which do not come in any other colleges in greater Noida also come in NIET.

Dislikes

The one thing I decide is high requirement of attendance which is 85% attendance by this criteria we get less time in fore hours kill enhancement and learning other things.
Also the coding culture is quite not good for 1st year as well so this thing also I don't like.
The other thing I don't like is that the assignments pressure was quite high in semester one and very very much assignments was given to our branches as well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for setting in the campus placements is from 6 semester. And for internships the students become eligible from 4th semester and the internship is mandatory for every student. The companies visiting the college are quite in number. The highest placements which was offered during the ongoing placement is 44 lpa. And the average packages for company and profiles of a days 7 to 8 LP. The percentage of students getting placements are very good as 80 to 90% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get the highest placement

Likes

one of the best things about iiit Lucknow is the senior junior culture senior 8 January approachable and helpful
IIIT Lucknow has developed are reputation for its coding culture competitive programming open source project and hackettrons are deeply immediate
another unique aspect is the gender ratio which is the round one girl for every 2.5 poise compared to take institute is relatively balanced and healthy

Dislikes

compare to other reputed College Lucknow does not have very vibrant fest culture there are fewer culture music
hostel life has its advantages but the dormitories system from 2nd year onward is a big negative for many living with 8 to 12 student
most of faculty members simply come to class 11 lecture and their leave without much interest in melting student or classifying doubts

Placement Experience:

student are eligible for internship from second year and for job placement i think its from 3rd year highest is 1.45crpa avg 33lpa median is 26lpa this year around 201 from 209 get placement to that make around 96 %

I liked the teaching methods of some professors in our college .Their way of teaching is unique . In our college boy and girl ratio is approximately 5 to 1.
I also liked the ground and sports facilities of our college . Our college has 3 big grounds and a sac also a gym which has latest equipments and many more things.
The fests of our college is amazing , recently a fest called kashiyatra happened which is biggest fest of our college

Dislikes

I disliked the infrastructure of our college . Our college do not have ac in lecture halls or even there is no single ac for students in campus .
In our college the equipments in manufacturing practice are very old they are rusted and facilities don't even want to tell about those equipments. They are lazy .
Our college IIT bhu don't have their boundaries it is connected to bhu that's why clashes happened every month . Students of IIT and bhu fight every month and the service of proctor in IIT bhu is very disrespectful,they are lazy and don't take actio

Placement Experience:

Our college IIT bhu provides placement at end of year companies came for hiring students and hire them . Our IIT has 2nd rank in terms of placement in all iits. At the end of 3rd year students became eligible for campus placements. Our college also provide internship in third year companies came for internship in our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a high paying job in india and give financial stability to my family. Approximately 70 percent students get job in placement sessions.

Our college provides the training that includes DSA , soft skills and verbal & apptitude that the best for students for placements
The first year faculty of our college is very good and experienced having their phds
Our college infrastructure is also not that best but it's s above average, good water and electricity included Ac classroom provided by our college

Dislikes

The faculty of 3rd year isn't experienced they all are new teachers having 1 or 2 years of experience
They call students to come to college at placement time for regular classes due with we can't prepare for our placements
They take exams every months that I really don't like.

Placement Experience:

In our college I think placement are average, the average package is 4 lacks per annum. And the highest package is 34 lacks per annum.in the 2025 batch.There are approx about 60% of ye students get placed and some are left In the last of 6 or 7 semester students are eligible to sit in placements In our college the company that visit are finsol , commevault, nippons, hcl , juspay,etc.

Companies Visit every semester for placement and training. The student is Eligible for Placement from 4th year ( last year ) . But from 3rd students are eligible for Intership. The placement is very good, Mostly talented students got job easily. The avg package is 6 lpa. And highest is 52 lpa.

Inside Experience of my Time in University

Likes

I really liked learning in the Electrical Workshop. The Smithy Shop and the Welding Shop were my favourites. The Faculty there, were truly very enthusiastic and not stressful. The Electrical Workshop helps us to learn the hands on skills, of labour.
I liked the Cultural Fiesta, which is an Annual Event, where different Artistic, Technical and Sport Activities were prevalent. My favourites were Jam, Debate, Artwork, Basketball, Skits and Corner Plays, Creative Writing Sessions, Onstage activities
I liked the beautiful diversity and greenery of my University, different departments, crossing one another, everyone is friendly with one another. No unnecessary mess, during the class sessions, and there were not any such restrictions while we skip.

Dislikes

I did not like the high fees structure, which surrounded with our Course, as Btech is a vast expanded course, that requires more practical skill mastery, rather than theoretical study. I think the fees structure must be revised for deserving students
The Faculty were pretty knowledgeable, but I guess they did not put their knowledge into full action. Only a few Teachers focused upon enlightening the students with profitable learning. The use of resources and knowledge is indeed must for such.
In comparision to the high fees structure, I realised that the internship and campus placement opportunities were not adequate, to amass all the departments and their students. A Company Campus Pool is not something for both Commerce and Engineering

Placement Experience:

Placements are both on and off-campus based. Placements are usually common for both IT and Non-IT students, Technical or Non-Technical. Students become eligible, in their final years to pursue internships or acquire placements. Usually students from Computer Science and Engineering avail more placement opportunities. The Medical Department have more options of Employability. Companies like HCL, Byju's, Extramarks, IBM and other local companies like Stambh Power Systems, Pieinfocomm and others have arrived. But the placement ratio needs to be increased. Off-Campus Placements are more successful. Highest Package can be 8lpa CTC to average package be 2.5lpa CTC, with profiles of assistance and associates. Atleast 30% students get placed on average. My plans are based on Learning in different ways.

I would like to inform uh that electronic and communication is a very good trade to choose. So many carreer opportunities if you will go in in industrial area, or in government sector. Make some connections with ur seniors others it is tough to enter in industry for freshers.

I dont applied for any other college . I did the choice filling for this college only and got in 1 ROUND .This colllege provides good exposure and good placements . My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. I choose this college because now its an autonomous university by which we can get many benefits . In comparision of other colllege fee structure is very favourable and afforable like in other private college like Amity , galgotia ,gl bajaj etc KIET offers various oppournity for students in each in every fields thy want to make their carrier. Review for my college.

I got this college from my jee mains rank and UPTAC counselling I applied for JECRC University in which i got selected in CSE branch but I dropped it because it has so many students they admitted every student but in this college there is limited intake and seats are filled strictly on merit basis no donation is accepted just 15% seats are filled through direct admission which also involves written test and interview in college.To take admission in this insititute, you have to score good in JEE Mains exam and must have good percentage in class 12th after JEE you have to apply for UPTAC counselling.Through that you can get admission here....Read More
