There are some good teachers and most of the subjects are handled by a guest lecturer. There are no big companies for placements. Some small companies will come and less than 2% will be placed. For me I choose management quota so the fees were higher 65000 was charged for me per year
Internships Opportunities
No, I didn't participate in any internships so I didn't get the stipend. So I do not blame this for college.there are some industrial visit named iv which is a tour package some people like that when some others not.
Placement Experience
There are no big companies for placements. Some small companies will come and less than 2% will be placed. Most companies come here are from infopark. The pass percentage is compared lesser than other colleges.
College Events
Onam ... Christmas these are two events celebrated in this college. Onam is mainly celebrated in the college of engineering cherthala.xmas is celebrated without the help of teachers and other staff.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For me I choose management quota so the fees were higher 65000 was charged for me per year. The teaching level is not worthy I think. Almost subjects are handled by guest lecturers. There are also some good teachers like Rejin Abraham.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college does offer any loan facility even the college doesn't have a canteen or hostel the condition of these is so pathetic. If you got admission in some other college I don't prefer this. The main attraction is no ragging in this college and it is free from politics.
Campus Life
The condition of labs is pathetic, there are two computer labs one only have CRT monitors another lab is average.. the mechanical lab is not so good the electronic lab attendees are cruel minded and irresponsible
Hostel Facilities
There is no hostel facility is available. So this question is cannot be answered. But paying guest feature is provided in nearby homes. The best quality of this college is it is free from ragging. The old principal was accused of corruption.
Exam Structure
The college was under Cusat but now it is under Kerala technical university (KTU) . Cusat exams are so hard to pass in these exams are not easy. But now it is easier than cusat you can pass if you study at least two modules.
Admission
I found an advertisement for spot admission in some newspapers when I contact the college the asked me to participate in the interview. after that, I joined the college. They asked me why I opt CSE I said. I think the College of engineering Cherthala is very friendly and professional. The main attraction is there is no campus politics
Faculty
There are some good teachers and most of the subjects are handled by guest lecturer.some of them are MTech others are BTech passed but criteria changed now so, recently all lecturers are MTech holders.
