Likes
- The things that I like the most about our college is that we have a function that is known as unifest! Students enjoy that fest a little too much!
- I also like the canteen chow. It doesn't really taste good but when you're hungry I can eat 2-3 plates
- And I also like the college campus! It's not that big but good enough to fit in
Dislikes
- The thing I dislike about the college is the canteen. It is very congested and sometimes we don't even get to eat
- I also dislike the college rules of not able to get in after 9:15
- And I dislike the block 2 of our college it's very hot during the summer
Course Curriculum Overview
I'd rate 4/5. The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me is that The teaching methods and its prepares me mentally and physically to face and accept the real outside world and further academic pursuits. There are no specific suggestions for improvements in the curriculum and teaching methods. The timing of the exams held are 3 hours per paper but some paper are for only one hour which makes it difficult to finish
Fees and Financial Aid
College fees are 20000 per year and we pay it in installment there are no specific scholarship and the total fees for the complete course would be 60000 including if we include fines for not attending several functions then it's is 100 per day which the total functions are 4. My benchmate and me we pay the same
Campus Life
My overall experience with campus life was fun! The function that I like the most is unifest which is held in the month of March. There is cultural day that is held in the month of November, we also have freshers day that is held in June and also not forgetting sports week which is held in October. There are tons of books available in the library. Magazine journals and what not are available in the library. The facility and technology of the classroom is that we have a projector and also fans. Sports is the most awaited activity in the college. Students of our college really love playing sports. I particularly didn't join any clubs or social group but the other students joined eco club, dance club, music club and more. The different clubs do different activities example like the dance club dances during dance competition and eco club plants tress and so on!
Admission
I chose this college because of the college uniform and also the surrounding of the college! The other reason for choosing this college is because the college that I wanted to join was far away and too expensive. I actually didn't apply for any other college. I just wanted to go but didn't buy any form or applied. the process of addmission is first come first. We buy the form for 500 rs and after filling the form we take admission and before taking admission we meet some professors and the principal of the college. The exams most preferred by the students are the mid terms, end semester exams and also the upsc exams the minimum cutoff should be 40% of 100%. The overall admission experience was good
Faculty
The faculty of our college is good! Some are too good and some are too strict. The relationship between the students and professors are good. The best faculty of mine is sir tongpang our English department professor. I like him the most because of his explanation. He has a really good accent and pronounciation. I don't like sanchita ma'am because she is too strict regarding girls skirt! There are two exams held per semester and it's not too easy the pass the exams! Around 10% of the students fail to pass the exam!
