Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness was not so good, the course was not detailed and many of the teachers were not really good at teaching and did not took attendence properly for the class
Internships Opportunities
There are various companies offering internship to students, but students have to pay fees for that, so, its basically paid internship, if tou are lucky you may get a company with good stripend. I did not get any internship as they were demanding fees for that.
Placement Experience
Placements of my college is not really good, at first they said that they will provide placement for everyone but later on in between of course they demanded extra fees if you want to sit for placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees for my course(BSc.CS) is 86000, and you can get a scholarship of 10% - 100%based on result of entrance test. Some of batch mates from reserved categories paid less fees than me. Fees for student from reserved categories who belongs to Punjab was NIL
Campus Life
My overall experience with campus life, focusing on social aspects, club involvement, and the infrastructure provided would be that my campus life was good. There is no club involvement, you don't have any time for social life and club because of tight schedule and attendence system.
Admission
Admission process for CU is really easy, you just have to meet requirements and pass the entrance test and based on result of entrance test you may get scholarship from CU. I did not apply to any other university, so, there is nothing to be compared
Faculty
Overall the faculty was nice but there were some people in faculty who were rude, and there was discrimination sometimes between students. The attendence system of the university was really bad and needs to be changed. Overall experience of the campus was nice, campus was big and with various canteen with variety of food.
