KIET GHAZIABAD COLLEGE REVIEW

-> The college is hell strict in terms of study and academics . I think of it as a positive way as college is motivated to provide better opportunities for the students . I thik this aspect of college is better than other colleges . -> The curriculum is does not supports real- life applicationns and is inclined to the theoritical concept , But the conduction of labs of those subjects reduces the theory and helps to understand the actual practical knowledge .

-> There are various clubs and technical socities which you can join for the internship opportunities and projects opportunities. -> There arre several Hackathons conducted on the college level . You can participate in that and increase you skill level ..

-> From the 6 semester of your course , companies starts to come for the placements . There are certain companies which recruits the freshers , so you can have an edge over that . -> companies like ACCENTURE , WIPRO , L'OREAL , TCS , COGNIGENT , etc comes for the recruitment . -> For the last year , The average package of college was 4-5 LPA and the highest package was 43 LPA . -> Last year , there was approx 90% of students placed in different companies before their graduation .

-> KIET Group of Institutions receives its fees annually which consist of Tuition fees and other charges . Last Year , the Total fee was 1,36,999 INR . For Hostel Students , The fee was 1,02,000 INR for 3 seater rooms and 4 seater rooms . -> The information regarding the fee structure is given below :- . TUITION FEE : 112099 INR . REGISTRATION FEE : 3000 INR . ALUMNI FEE ; 1200 INR . SECURITY : 2000 INR . BOOK BANK : 5000 INR . INSURANCE : 700 INR .STUDENT DEVELOPMENT FEE : 15000 INR . UPTAC : 20000 INR -> The fees of my other batchmates for other branches is also same as mine . So , there is no difference in the fee structure with respect to Branches . -> The scholarships available for the students are : . UP SCHOLARHSHIP PROGRAM : Students can register for the Uttar Pradesh scholarship program which is gien by the government of Uttar Pradesh to the Undergrad and Postgrad students . It will be eligible only for the students atudying in AKTU affiliated colleges . . Several private scholarships are also used by students which are offered by large firm or company . The scholarship is given on the merit basis and onlt meritorious students are eligible for the scholarship . -> the financial aid are : . For reserved caste candidates like ST , SC , PwD , 8000 INR gets less from the total tuition fee . So , the net fee for reserved candidates is 1,30,999 INR .

-> Since there is a strict attendance policy , it is difficult to search foir the fun elemnent everyday . But , you can use your your daily college life for building great memories with your friends . -> Every year there is an annual fest celebrated in our college , EPOQUE . it is a three day fest which is the most exciting time for the college students to have chill and increase connection .

-> Hostel facitily is pretty decent , aloing with the food quality is pretty god as compared to the private PGs outside the college campus . -> The menu is made keeping the proper health and nutrition needs for the student . -> Hostel is given to the students on the basis of First come First serve basis .

-> Since my rank was pretty low to get the government college , I searched the private colleges around NCR and in that region , KIET Group of institutions holds a powerful place . That's why , I chose this college over any other colleges . -> Our college receives to kinds of admission , through UPTAC Counselling and through Management Quota . I don't know about the Management Quota , But for the counselling process , you have to follow certain steps after checking the notification on uptac website . . register for UPTAC counselling and wait for the round 1 of the counselling . . in round 1 , try to select colleges which you can get around your rank . . check previous years cutoff for the college youre interested in .

-> The Faculty to sudent ratio in KIET Group of Institutions is approx 1:35 . The faculties are well qualified in their field and tries to solve maximum doubts for the students . They are approachable and also contributes in your projects and doubts . -> I admired Proff Sanjay Garg , who was the asst . Professor for Engineering Mathematics for first and second years . His teaching style is pretty simple and easy to understand . -> The faculty that I didn't liked in my whole first year of college is Ms Jigyasa Chaudhary . She used to waste a lot of our time with her stupid talks and her pseudo-feminist talks , which was unbearable for me . -> In a whole semester of 6 months , there are two CT exams and one PUE exam before the final End semester exams . These exams are conducted to evaluate your internal marks .
