The teachers are well experienced and have good knowledge of their subjects. They are always ready to help you anytime. The campus is too small and mostly area is covered by the Friendship Fokker aircraft.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is fully about the maintenance of the aircraft. There are two streams in aircraft maintenance engineering .i.e. mechanical and avionics They teach the lessons regarding to the mechanical and avionics systems of the aircraft. Mechanical is about the structure, powerplant, hydraulic, and airframe of the aircraft. Avionics is about instrument system, navigation system and radio navigation system of the aircraft. The course consist of 5 semesters in 2.5 years and 6 months On Job Training .
Placement Experience
The will provide you the OJT in any maintainence organisation. The placement is completely depends on your performance. Job opportunities are not much the competition is too high between the candidates.
College Events
Two events are celebrated every in the college.i.e sports day and farewell day. Sports day consist of outdoor games like cricket, football and badminton, and indoor games like chess and ludo. Farewell day is celebrated every year for the final semester students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is little expensive. Everyone need to secure the admission by giving 20000 rs. Every month fees is 10000rs. Library fees is 10000rs. Uniform fees is 10000rs. Books fees is 5000rs. And if you want to stay in hostel there is extra 5000rs for each month
Fees and Financial Aid
College conduct scholarship cum entrance exams for interested students. If they clear that scholarship cum entrance exam, they get discount in their fees structure according to the marks scored in that exam. College also provide loan facilities from banks also.
Campus Life
The college consist of labs for avionics and mechanical practicals. Instrument lab , navigation lab, electronic lab, jet engine lab, and workshop The labs are in good condition with all the required parts and models for practice. They have real aircraft parts like airspeed indicator, pitot system and jet engines. Sport day is conducted once in a year.
Alumni/Alumna
The college is run by the sha-shib group, which is the largest group in south Asia for imparting training in the field of aircraft maintenance engineering. The seniors are well mannered and always ready to help.
Faculty
The faculty is good. The college consist of two aircrafts ,one is light weight aircraft and the other is heavy weight aircraft. The light weight aircraft is beech bonanza aircraft And the heavy aircraft is Friendship Fokker . The campus is not to large but it's good.
