Likes

The classroom is very advanced and have good sitting space and the campus is really good
The faculty is also good and help students
The placement is also good here and they bring really good company

Dislikes

The placement is specific healthcare management course is not good
The faculty now they are selecting is not good enough..
The course is not updated from very long and lack many things that are essential for us

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is relevant to the course but they have to update it with latest curriculum that are being used.. The course is only and only focuses on hospital not the other healthcare sector like pharmaceuticals etc.. as they named the course hospital and healthcare management so they have to improve on this thing

Class Size: 37Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees is 3 lakh for 2 year MBA healthcare management course and last year then increased their fees by 40k total and they don't have their own scholarship. And examination fees is 1500rs per semester exam

Campus Life

College don't have fest or social gathering like other private colleges have but yes the college organised some small small event on daily or weakly basis.. being the national importance college they more and more focuses on study and they have good campus life, it is not the big campus size but the infrastructure is good

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good both ac and non ac hostel is available for both girls and boys.. and the fees 126k for non ac and 208k for ac including electricity and food charges.. food is very good and other students who is non hostel residents can also purchase and eat the food in very cheap cost. The hostel selection process is very late 1 month at least it takes to take hostel after admission till then you have to arrange some other options and only 2 students from each course is eligible for hostel on merit basis as it has small hospital capacity

Hostel Fee: INR 85000 per year

Admission

Being the only respected and awarded forensic Sciences University. It holds some good values with it. And it also comes under minister of health and family welfare. So it is very valueable college as it has national importance

Faculty

Faculty is very good.. some of them if I name is B. Pandya sir and kuldeep sir.. Every semester they have 2 Term assessment examination of 25marks and 1 mid term of 50 marks and 1 final exam of 100 marks so total of 200 marks.. paper is of moderate difficult level and you can easily pass.. the course is relevant but being the hospital and healthcare management course they more and more focus on hospital only not other sector of healthcare..

I did not like ahmedabad dranage system because of that we facing of water problem in rainy season

All the student are placed in a collage the placement percentage is 100% . more than 100+ companyes are come for placement soo that all the student are plced and get ther dream job for working proffesion . After summer internship program the company are start coming for a placement

Likes

bussiness driven acedemics they teach exel, ppt, managerial behavior
mentor session every week in this they focus on student's personal growth

Dislikes

area like this based in shale ahmedabad where little rain can stop or affect the transportation

Placement Experience:

im persuing the colledge not get placed yet our seniour placements started and 30% palcements are done in their 3rd samister and every after 2-3 days someone comes from seniour to give the sweet for their celebartion on placement

Likes

Strong emphasis on real-world, practical applications over just theory.
The daily class timetable is well structured and very student friendly.
Many Clubs for Sports, and Extra Curricular activities.

Dislikes

The on campus drainage system is poor, leading to waterlogging during rains.
The mess lacks experienced cooks to properly preaire non-Gujrati food for students from other staters.
Location is far from city, so significant travel just for basics.

Placement Experience:

Placements of SBS are Good In terms of Long Term Exposure in the Industry. Students become Eligible for Campuse Placements after 5 Semester in SBS. Since I have recently Joined the SBS List of Companies Visted and No of offers they have made are unknown to me.

A great start to my PGDM journey

Likes

I like the friendly and comfortable environment. Here you can interact with students and others
Faculty members are supportive They give us opportunities to interact and ask questions during sessions.
I like the campus and the activities conducted for students They give us opportunities to learn Outside regular classes

Dislikes

One thing that needs to be approved as waterlogging during rainy season because water gets collected around the campus and it gets difficult for the students to move around comfortably, specially for hostel students
Sometimes the schedule can get tiring back-to-back classes in sessions
I feel there should be more space for students in campus during breaks. They can go sit and learn their.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant to management and covers different areas that are useful for a PGDM student. It includes classroom learning along with practical activities. it is useful for understanding real world concepts. so far, I find the course structure Interesting and helpful

Industry Oriented Learning at SBS

there is a faculty is very supportive and always ready to guide students academically
the curriculum is practical and includes case studies , presentations those help me developing real world business skill
placement cell also provides training and support for internship and final placements

Dislikes

college sports facilities are less also the monsoon season some we are face some of problems

The Campus features excellent modern facilties.

Dislikes

The campus is located far from central ahmedabad along the SP Ring road.
In Monsoon season very difficult to reach at college

Likes

The faculty members are helpful and explain the topics in a simple and practical way.
The campus environment is good, with useful facilities and a comfortable learning atmosphere.
The college provides good placement support and helps students improve their professional skills.

Dislikes

The academic schedule is sometimes very busy, which gives students less free time.
There are many assignments and presentations, which can become difficult to manage sometimes.
Some campus facilities can be improved further to make student life more comfortable.

Placement Experience:

The palcement oppotunities Many companies visit the campus and offer jobs area like marketing, finance, HR and sales. The college also provide palcements training, interview prepration and guideance to students. The salary package depends on the comapny, job role and student performance.

Companies like nestle, kellogs, tcs, hdfc bank and adani etc visit the campus for placements. Students become eligible form the final year and the college provides good placements support and training, recently 12 students placed in finance with aprx 11 -12 lpa

NFSU GOA REVIEW

This is the only college I found good because there is just 8 NFSU in India and just 6 campuses have BSc MSc integrated course so i found this college good and it is a central government college and it is the only forensic science university found in india where ministry of home affairs are interlinked. I applied to my nearest home town college i was selected there to but the NFSU result cam late due to which i was studying for 3 weeks and then i cracked the NFAT test after which i was admitted to NFSU. There is an Exam NFAT which we need to crack after which we are held at the counselling part which is done in online mode after which you have to pay the amount within 24 hours of counselling session if you cannot pay the required fee your admission is being cancelled and then the another person gets the chance to get admission....Read More
