What I thought about a college its here .
Experienced and cooperative teachers and also seniors were so friendly as well
As this college is the best college in ranchi , but charges and fees structure sucks , there are so many unnecessary funds charges included in my fees

Dislikes

Fees structure sucks so bad and on verification
They used to ask for medical certificate every year
Uniform rule is not good this is a strict college

Course Curriculum Overview

I've choosed bsc stats for good jobs as this course lands you in field of data scientist which is one of the highest paid jobs over the world. There are practical classes as well where our teachers teach excel, SQL , python .

Class Size: 17Course Fees: INR 57850 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a yearly fees of rs 57850, and you can only pay fees in yearly basis There are scholarship options for bright students and obc,sc,st basically backward class has this options Ya there is rs 1000 extra off for my sc friend before showing his income certificate

Campus Life

There are many clubs for dancing, singing, Sports and an NCC also where you get a certificate through which you can to army directly in higher posts . For this you need a 3 year training in campus . Our college has 1 central library and all departments has separate libraries too.

Admission

Truly saying I didn't get selected in any of my dream college as I appeared for jee mains , cuet so they were bad. There is an entrance exam for getting admission here for which you get the syllabus on st Xavier's College Ranchi website .

Faculty

I like my major subject sir birbadra singh , he used to explain everything so easily that anyone can understand Exams - there are mainly 2 exams mid sem and end sem where not all subjects asked there will be only 2 or 3 papers

Night Life

There is no nightlife for me because hostels are only for backward classes and I am in general category so, hosteliers do have nightlife like there in indoor and outdoor games available in college campus

Think before doing anything

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually biotechnology is an interdisciplinary program where we have to learn mostly the practical skills but there is no such equipment for doing a decent type of research work as they are not in a working condition. So first it has to be corrected and new equipment should have to buy for a making a good laboratory.

It is told that students are ready for placement after sem 5 but in our case no as such placement was provided by the college But the history says that the average placement package is of around 4 lpa where the max package was of 8 lpa There are many options after this course completion where all the ideas and strategies Will be provided by the college

My college is not so bad. Proffesors are highly knowledgeable and friendly. Classrooms and labs are well equipped. College hostel are also good. Need some improvement in college infrastructure and placement cell.

Remarks:

This college is really good for economically week students. And it have daily classes too. In other colleges you will dont get the daily classes. But a negative is, you can see some professors who will take bribe.

My Low Budget College life in Master at St. Xavier's College Ranchi

I choose St. Xavier's College college over any other college because of it's name (brand) plus it does regular classes and completes it's syllabus on time compared to other colleges who doesn't provide regular classes and never completes their syllabus never on time is a different matter but the whole syllabus never gets covered and most of it is left out. I am comparing it to the Ranchi College, ranchi which is under Ranchi University name as it never does regular classes and never completes it syllabus, it has no proper faculties for each subject, don't do any other extra curriculum activities hardly ever does any practical classes plus there is no internship opportunities....Read More

The best collage in ranchi

I had applied for the Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi. And i got selected there also but i found st xavier's college ranchi is better then that college as this is autonomous applied new education policy of fourth year graduation. I didn't get rejection as i had filled only this two college in ranchi for bachelor's degree. The admission process is we have to fill an online form ,after that we have to clear an entrance ixam ,then after clearing the cutoff we get selected for the course. Thanks...Read More

Xavier's college Ranchi pros and cons

I choose this college because of it's reputation and is considered best college not only in this City but in whole State. Pris and cons of St Xavier's
