There is no such bad this in my college except politics. Some time Study are harassed by this issues. But still not so much. I am very much satisfied about our faculty members. All the staffs are very much friendly and they help us in every little problems.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course which I have chosen is very good .Regulations shall be called THE REGULATIONS FOR SEMESTERISED B.COM. THREE YEARS DEGREE PROGRAMME (CHOICE BASED CREDIT SYSTEM) 2017, UNIVERSITY OF CALCUTTA.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are basically for the final year and the pass out students Based on the qualifications and personality the interviews are conducted in the college campus itself. Companies like TCS Wipro Just dial Indigo Icici banks provide job opportunities to the students.
College Events
There are lots of fun during college functions. The event started with an intra-college competition, followed by the annual social of Heramba Chandra College. We are rocked during functions. Various competitions and events are organized from time to time. Rabindra Jayanti is celebrated with a lot of pomp and show.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fee is very feasible. For the three-year BCom programme. The first year fee was INR 4500, the second year was INR 5250 followed by the final year 5700. There are also certain computer courses which are chargeable but students who cannot afford it are allowed to undertake it without any fees. Courses like tally ms excel PowerPoint are carried on in the computer lab.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, there is scholarship / loan facility available from different nationalized bank. Loan is provided after validating students merit & Family Financial condition.Nothing elese the givem information is enough.
Campus Life
organise participation in various games and tournaments and annual sports under the guidance of the Director of Games and Sports. look after the welfare of students andorganise cultural functions, festivals, annual 'Social', cultural events to welcome new entrants into the college and to bid farewell to the students who graduate
Hostel Facilities
All are good and neat and clean.all the hostel facilities are good and all are driven in time to time according to the rules and regulation made by Heramba Chandra college. and the mess foods are very clean and are affordable because it gives food a very low price too.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes Obviously they are too helpful. There is an Alumni Association in the college. All ex-students are eligible to be members of the said association. I guess union and the seniors at our times we are much better who always respected our decision to not join politics and yet helped us to the most whenever we faced any kinda problem. Lucky i was a part of THE THEN HCC. thanks to all the senior students who always helped and never forced us into nothing.
Faculty
The college management is good but not excellent to excel it conditions it will still require more efforts. But overall it gives us a learning experience lifelong.From my point of view college is nice and very suitable for middle and lower class level. Well maintained and amazing atmosphere
