CU the life worth living.

The curriculum was pretty well considering we were the pilot batch of the course although currently there are a lot of improvements when I was a student I would wish to have more practical sessions although there were plenty. And a little more availablity of lab grade equipments and chemicals.

The university provides with self internship under PHD scholars and guides which is a win win learning situation. The university advices to hold atleast two to three internship experiences out of which in semester 4 internships is mandatory.

5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Good companies did visit the campus and primarily pharmaceuticals and medical scribing were there due to which I did not take a placement because I wasn't interested but for the people who were placements were great also the employability is pretty high in this field.

I enrolled myself in 2021, the fee of the course then was 40000 rupees per semester. I underwent an online test and acquired a score of 79/100 henceforth granting me a scholarship due to which for the first year I only paid 24 thousand rupees per semester plus 2000 security and 2000 examination fee. In order to secure a seat I paid 10000 rupees which were including in the entire semester fee other scholarships such as army scholarships are also available although there is no category based merit. Some of the students also study without any fee just based on their CUCET score.

There are tons of festivals that happen every month be it co or extra curricular. You will love the ambience of the college and the campus. People are friendly and respectful. There is an anti ragging policy with strict regulations. A DSW which is purely for student welfare. Promotions of the university's students and curricular activities on state and national levels are seen. Every department has clubs and student council I myself was the president of biotechnology department.

The hostel facility is good. The food is good but you will get bored of it eventually other than that there a lot of rented accommodations around the campus radius for a better life. Because the hostel comes with restrictions.

I didn't apply for any other college purely because I wanted to go to CU because of the campus clout and the placements. Moreover I am someone who is really interested in extracurricular activities which are on a top most priority in the university when I compare it with other colleges college life at CU is beaming with liveliness and glow. The admission process is super easy the course availablity is vast and the campus is beautiful.

The faculty is decent and knowledgeable. They are insightful and helpful as well. They are very approachable and friendly so one will never feel alone or cornered when it comes to faculty. The questioning and examination pattern is simple and easy as per the teaching and lectures. The marking is purely based on the conceptual clearance. There are three sets of exams that happen in a semester MST 1/2 and end terms. I really liked Mahaveer sir for the way he taught us and many others.

There are plenty of food joints in the campus the night life is happening around the campus and in the campus during the fests. Although it isn't allowed for girls to get out of hostels post 6 pm which is a bummer. But rest around the campus the night life is wonderful and worth living.
