Course Curriculum Overview

I actually opted for this course as I wanted to explore the technical field more and want to gain more knowledge about it. We have 2 examinations per sem which includes mid sem (which have half couse) and end term (which includes full course)

Class Size: 1233Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees is around 80k . There is scholarship for students with 65% and above (12th class percentage ). There is scholarship for girls , for students belonging from same state/hills, students whose whose parents are in army , for students single parents .

Campus Life

There is yearly 2-3 days fest the college invites famous singer last time it was Mohit Chauhan, previous to it was Neha Kakkar. There are winter carnival too around dec- jan . Recently there were cricket matches and football matches too. The library contains all the books i required regarding course.

Admission

I actually didn't applied to other colleges and I didn't actually know about other colleges much. There is no criteria for to be eligible in college. You have to simply do registration and then admission. It was easy to apply for college though

Faculty

Teachers are strict but supportive. I feel like every faculty I have encountered are good in thier own way . There are 4 exam yearly which includes 1 mid term + 1 end term per sem . To sit in the exam the students should have 75 % Attendance .

Night Life

I do not live near college, and I have to travel a lot , so I do not have much experience about night life around college campus. But as it is in hilly area it gets quite chilly at night. The library and cafeteria are always open .

Likes

The boys girls ratio is like 60:40 as per 2025.

Dislikes

There should be a basketball court.When I saw that the college doesn't have proper basketball court i was disappointed.

Placement Experience:

The college have good placement percentage and the average package of college is around 6LPA which is decent for the freshers and college provide many opportunities to students to get in the big companies like TCS

Spacious ,modern campus with well-equipped classrooms, labs,library.
faculty are described as “highly qualified and supportive”, with interactive pedagogy and strong mentorships.
Strong placement record: 86-90% placement rate,average 6-6.4LPA .

Dislikes

Notably fewer female students
Infrastructure are good , common complaint include occasional slow internet,a few dated labs,and basic hostel facility.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to participate in campus placement from their 6th semester onward(3rd year). Recruiters include major names like TCS,HCL,infosys, bajaj etc Highest package:60LPA Lowes package: 3LPA

The campus is very great and beautiful amd there are many buildings
There are many gardens in the capmus which makes it beautiful
There are different buildings for each and every department

Dislikes

There is much traffic in that area and the roads are narrow
The college timings are different everyday which makes it bad for the students

Placement Experience:

The placements in this college are average for the bca students agerage package is 2.5 lakh per annun which is very less for a fresher The placemnts are for the students with no backlog The placements start in the 4th sem end

College students are well-mannered, and the college environment is very good.
Our director is very good. He communicates very politely.
Sometimes the college organizes functions very well.

Dislikes

The college faculty in the BCA department is the worst. They actually don't know about coding, and they don't even give us proper guidance and a roadmap for our placement.
The syllabus of the college campus is very outdated.
The BCA department faculty is very rude.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about placement. But I am hoping that they provides placement in college as they say. I think average pkg of placement is around 8k per month in bca department. their is nothing to be worried about percentage for placement.

Good fee structure

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite easy if you compare it with BTech. I opted for this course because it makes you a programmer and not an engineer. The faculty here is good and educated some have already done their Ph.D. while some of them don't. The teaching methods are still the same but they sometimes do use presentation.

Remarks:

The college also issues a newsletter and International Journal which includes findings from many research done by teachers and students. It is a fun magazine to read and get to know about different things happening in the college.

I applied for the graphic Era hill University Dehradun, which is one of the branch of our university but however the placement and curriculum was almost same that's why I choose the campus which is close and next to me. As of regections, I did not get rejection due to limited application for colleges. The admission is quite easy where you need to submit the documents like marksheet, medical certificate, transfer and migration certificate, and a sum of fee to get your confirmation on admission. My College Experience

I had to choose this college as I was very late for an admission and this college was providing me a seat even after 4 months of admission date. I didn't apply for any other college as I was preparing for JEE Mains and Advanced. I was not rejected from any other college, I just didn't scored enough to get an admission. For admission in my college, they simply ask you some questions (interview sort of) and tell you the fees structure and then you can opt easily for your desired course.
