Canteen's food is quite expensive for the quantity they give

Course Curriculum Overview

It's totally my intrest. I'm quite inspired by my neighbours who are engineers. They have luxury life style The improvements that should be done in colleges involves teaching software as civil engineering considers lots of software today

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 78000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The per semester fees is almost 39000/- The semester is same for everyone and every category As I'm an sc category student i take scholoarship from NSP pragati scheme (50000/- per year) You can apply for the scholarship as per your situatiblity

Campus Life

My overall experience is good here. I'm happy to be here and trying to attain best from here. I hadn't even purchased a single book. All the books are present in library. You can issue them for one month??????

Admission

I hadn't cleared jee.so i came here through state engineering entrance exam. In Chhattisgarh after NIT Raipur only bit durg is good Even GEC's are having worst to worst condition that's why i choose bit however i have good rank in entrance exam and im getting an seat in govt college easily but even though i choosed this pvt college. Keeping in mind all the points facilities, faculties, placement etc.

Faculty

Faculties are sufficient for the strength of 120 students. The student to faculty relationship is totally based upon your awareness to consult and talk to them. But everyone here is always there for problem solving. Some faculties are very egoistic. I Can't name them

Interview Experience

No I didn't have any interview •the process for admission is to wait after applying for college counseling through cgpet rank after the counseling result came you will get official message and date to visit. •I prepared for these rounds by staying active by continuously visiting offical websites of cgdte and bit durg

Night Life

Gym facilities mostly be only used by boys because they have there hostel in campus while girls are living outside the campus. There is uncle who have stall just outside the main get.He makes aloo Paratha and trust me it's super duper tasty. If you hadn't took your breakfast you can surely go

A brief about MBA in BIT, Durg

Tbh in Durg, Bhilai the number of Management college is pretty less. And by comparing all the colleges like Shankara, Rungta etc I feel like BIT was best among them all as it has a great reputation, affordable fee structure, faculties are good, and placements are best among all of them. So I didn't applied for any other college other than BIT. The admission process was very simple and hassle-free. All kinds of exams are accepted like CAT,MAT,XAT etc but the number of addmission is limited to 200 students I think....Read More

Cut-off for JEE Mains isn't really high here, 75 percentile can easily land you here with computer science branch. I don't really know much about the JEE Mains cut-off. I got here by qualifying CGPET....Read More

I got an only decent score in the pt exam, therefore, I can't go to nit and the other option left in top colleges is bit gec is also there but in Raipur electrical branch is not there so I go with a bit. The bit is good college overall but a fee is a little bit high for me but teachers are good .you can take admission either by jee score or PET score. The main reason for preferring this college is it is among the top private college in Chhattisgarh and students from this college said it is the best private college in Chhattisgarh...Read More
