Likes
- Every department has an personal building/floor.
- Students in this college are more engaging in co-corricular activities than in studies.
- There are also 2-3 clubs for coding, enterpreneurship etc.
Dislikes
- There is no stationery shop around which offer less amount if money on things we spend more money on stationery rather than any other useful things.
- Teacher here offers more project and more costly projects and when we go to submit the project they are very rude and not friendly towards us.
- In terms of cleanliness there is no clenliness in college as like no one cares for helth of students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am in 1st semester and my semester end exam are exact on end of 6 months, but recently i got calendar for sem 2 it was only for 4 months and i was in shock that noone cares that minimum 6 months are required for a single semester. Teaching methods are quite good not more but good. The timing of exam are sometime regular and sometimes shocking for students.
Placement Experience
There is 30-40 percentage placement ratio. I dont have much knowledge about placements in this college but i have roughly idea that there is medium placement ratio and companies like TCS oftenly visit these college. Highest package is around 8 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of this college is much lesser than any college and they also offer seat known as tution fee waiver seat to students who are eligible and those students will get complete free course and no fee should be paid. Girls have lesser fees than boys. But in TFWS called tution fee waiver seat my friend was eligible through this process but still he was asked to pay the full amount of fee as normal student so not sure that it gives all fee as waiver.
Campus Life
In terms of club there are few clubs in college. But there is no sports club like noone cares for it no sports club are in these college. There is no technological items or very less not for everyone. Library is quite good in these college. No social group, sports club.
Admission
I applied for many government colleges but, I was eligible for non technical branches like mechanical and civil, I wanted technical branches so i got ECE department in this college.Yes i got many rejection from other colleges due to high cutoff. Students get admission through a commitee called as ACPC which manges every admission for students tthrough rounds.Admission is so smooth process through this commitee
Faculty
I don't know the exact faculty to student ratio but there are 2 batches in EC department and in those batches there are another 3 group/batch like EC-A1 ,A2, A3 etc. Some faculty are friendly to students and major faculties are aggresive towards students as they are only working for money not for education. I majorly dont like any faculty but there was one professor of Basic mechanical engineering he was so friendly and knowledge. Other than him i don't like any faculties cause they are not more friendly towards students. There are exam so regular than lectures. Exam are on medium level and many students have failed in it.
Night Life
No gym or cafeteria in college. I have no idea about college hostel timings because everyone says that it has worse condition and there is also merit list for hostel so not eveyone can be eligible to live in hostel. It is safe to move around college at night. No such famous areas for hangout around.
