The specific aspects include the interesting subjects and the way in which they are taught to us. improvements in teaching methods would be having more interactive sessions and showing PPT and focusing on more of Labs over theory. Frequency of exam timing is fine and the difficulty level is okay according to me

The internship companies are not under my knowledge as of now because I am in my 4th semester currently. So, i don't have much idea regarding the same. Although, this is growing field so opportunities are increasing day by day

The students are eligible for placements from 5th or 6th semester when it comes to my course. Package is between 6LPA TO 8LPA. My plans include doing Masters in biotech or masters in genetics after this 3 year program

The detailed fee structure is as follows In 2023 for Bsc biotechnology- Per semester it was 59000 Examination fees- 2500 Making it 61500 per semester Per year it makes it 123000 I applied for scholarship via CUCAT which is an online exam held by university. And depending on the score you can get the scholarship. I got scholarship of 15% making my fees 50,150 per semester and per year it was 1,05,300. In 2024 fees for bsc biotechnology- Per semester- 66000 Examination fees- 2500 Making it 68500 per semester for one year- 137000 You all can also avail direct admission for this course without entrance exam which is basically for scholarship. People from Punjab state also have some benefits in terms of tution fees. Based on 12th class merit, the college also provides exemption to tution fees.

The Events taking place here include- TechnoInvent CuFest Cuheritage Festival Diwali Extravaganza The classes are well equipped with smart boards. Extra curricular activities include dance, photography, modelling, art and craft, and many more and these come under DACA every student can join it

In room you have facilities of cooler, One cupboard a divided slab for study table, also lift is available in hostels which work till 10:00 pm. Meal is okay not up to the mark sometimes and need to focus more on hygiene. Registeration process is simple you have to just report at the hostel reception and fill the booklet and it is affordable that is 120000 for one year. Locality will be kharar, Star city and flats near toll.

I applied to colleges as listed below- Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Christ University central campus, Banglore Chandigarh University, Mohali Vellore Institute of Technology I was selected in above 3 colleges and rejection from VIT because I was not able to surpass the entrance exams. I didn't make it there because of fees structure and also it was even more far from my home. The admission process is easy if you want to have scholarship you have to give CUCAT exam otherwise some courses offer direct admission. Yoj also can avail scholarship based on merits.

Some of the faculties are really helpful and approachable and have good knowledge about the subject as well. Few of them can be seen supporting favourtism as well. I won't specifically mention the faculty as everyone has their own choice. There are 2 Mid semester exams of 20 marks each and also one Lab MST of 15 marks. One ens semester of 60 marks theory and 40 makrs for lab

The Gym is free of cost for hostellors. The cafe is open till 8:15 pm and usually food courts are closed on sundays and same timing for them as well that is 8:15 pm respectively. only Food republic is open till 10:00 pm and provides free hostel delivery. Only main departmental libraries are open till 10:00 pm rest are closef by 4:30 pm. Hostel in timings for girls is 8:00 pm and for boys it is around 10:00 to 10:30 pm. some places to hangout include D block side that is south campus of fountain area yes within the campus it is safe for each and every one to roam around in evening
