- The first think I liked about the college when I joined the college it was not much developed like classroom were old but last month the head of the department and the principal had renovated our department.
- College also arrange induction on different program like cyber crime, meditation,and etc.few days ago sports competition was also held on college .
- The teachers are very friendly to the students and they also treat us like friends only specially our pst teacher and they are all experts about the subjects.
Dislikes
- First I was disliking college that it was not renovated and all but now it is good and I appreciate all the faculties .
Course Curriculum Overview
I think it is easy if compared to btech and I wanted from first only to pursue bca . There aree 2 labs for programming and electronics to solve the real world problems . I don't understand why there is History type subjects in bca why this is added this year. The exams are not very difficult as the person who study and go he will definitely get good marks .
Internships Opportunities
I don't have idea about that so when I will know I will definitely mention about that.I will further ask seniors about the internship and get knowledge about the various companies hiring the students of sp college .
Fees and Financial Aid
I am pursuing Bca (Bachelor of computer applications). I am 1st year now the fees chart is as follows 1st year - 21000 2nd year-25000 3rd year-30000. This chart is for general candidates I am general student . For sc scholarships are there about full fees will get back to them after they get scholarship. For obc there is also scholarships but I don't know about it now. I don't have much idea about the name and the fees for scholarship.
Campus Life
Many indictions have held in college and I have joined recently this college but here Ganesh chaturthi and many festivals are celebrated A wide range of books and journals are available in the library there are 2 library also . The classrooms has been renovated by digital boards and cameras and many more things . There are various clubs like computer club ,heritage club and etc.And many things are being learned from this .
Admission
I haven't applied for other colleges because my parents don't want to let me go very far so this college is the best college im gondwana university and the college is near my home . No I have scored 81 percentile in cet so there is not much change for rejection and not many colleges offer bca course in vidharbha . The admission process is very lengthy for me by my experience firstly submit all documents and cet score card then wait for the cap round and get selected in that after that submit the remaining documents and pay half fees and fill form for registration in gondwana and then wait for the college to start . By my experience in previous year it was a very lengthy process .
Faculty
The faculties are very much friendly to students and they are anytime approachable. They always welcome us for the doubts and very politely the solve our doubts . Our pst mam name bharti Dixit mam is very polite and she knows how to handle student with love and politeness. Next our Nasir sir he teaches us the Digital electronics subject has he is master in that subject and he is our friend only. No reason is there for disliking any faculties . There are total 6 semester and 6 seminars Marking scheme is 60 marks from University exam and 15 marks from internal marks. For additional subject the scheme is 40 University marks and 10 internal . Practical is of 50 marks and passing 25.
Night Life
College has canteen , gym facilities ,badminton area and other activities also . Hostels are only for girls so I don't know about that . The most famous hangout place near college is ramala talav near our college only the best place to hangout . And I did not experienced the night life of college .
