Remarks
I have no negative remarks about my college, everything is good. Education is good , we have good faculty, well equipped labs with all required machinery and computers. Extracurricular activities and sports are conducted.
Course Curriculum Overview
Engineering (say Btech course) is of total 4 years which is further divided into 8 semesters. Every semester has 2 mid term examinations and final external semester examination. We even have two lab internal exams conducted during mid terms and lab externals before final exams.
Placement Experience
Our college provides employment opportunities to so many students in our college every year. Companies like Google, Amazon, Delloitte, Mahindra etc select a number of students from our college every year. Our college doesn't provide any internship from their side. If someone is interested to do internship, they have to apply themselves.
College Events
Every year, so many events are conducted in our college. For festivals like Dussehra, Diwali, Holi, Sankranti, Ramzan, Christmas etc, cultural events are organized in our college. Even sports week and technical fests are conducted once in a year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Compared to the colleges around our college, our college fee structure is feasible. We have 2 blocks in our college, one is SDES and other is SDGI. The fee structure for students in SDES is Rs.62000 per year. For SDGI, it is Rs.52000 per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our State government provides an fee reimbursement of Rs.35000 to students every year. So the students have to pay only Rs.27000 for SDES students and Rs.17000 for students of SDGI. If the students join the college through management, they have to pay the full fees at your once.
Campus Life
Our college is well equipped with labs and all equipments like Computers, machinery etc. All the equipments work perfectly in our labs. Machines and equipments for labs are maintained properly and they work perfectly. Our college has a sports room with all sports items like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball and indoor games like table tennis, carroms, chess.
Hostel Facilities
I am a day scholar and I travel daily to college from my home. But some of my classmates live in hostel. Every room is allocated to 5 students with a separate bed and cupboard to every student. Food is also good in the hostel mess.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors are very friendly and helpful to the juniors. Ragging is strictly banned in our college. Every student is made to sign a agreement for 4 years regarding the ragging and other issues. So regarding the alumni network and senior students, everything is good.
Admission
After completing my intermediate 2nd year, I have written the state engineering entrance exam (Eamcet) exam and after getting the rank in eamcet, I have placed this college option online and after a few days, my seat was confirmed in the college.
Faculty
Our college has very experienced and trained faculty. For every branch in engineering, there is an department and their respective Head of department (HOD). All the faculty are always available in the college.
