Course Curriculum Overview

We have a relevant curriculum with include almost all the basic practical experiments and the theory papers include all our core subjects. The subjects are taught in a way that we gain the application level knowledge also. We are made familiar with all the equipment in the lab and trained us so well that we will be able to cope up with the environment of a research field easily.

Placement Experience

Our college is ensuring almost 100% placement for the students. There are many top companies recruiting from our college. Our college used to give special training to attend the placement drive.

College Events

We celebrate all the festivals like Onam, Christmas and Pongal. All the festivals are celebrated in a traditional way. Our college used to celebrate the college day in a very grand and will have night shows.

We have a splendid college atmosphere. The gender ratio is equal in our college. Our college promotes all the extracurricular activities and encourages all the talents of the students. Our college gives maximum exposure to all the talents to the students within the college and outside colleges also.

Alumni network is very well organised in our college. Our alumni's used to visit our campus on special occasions to share their experience in their successful career and give us some tips to achieve our goals.

Admission

I heard about the college from my cousin and I took admission from our college corporate office. I went with all my previous certificates and other documents. They collected admission fee and all my certificate copies and told they will inform about the date for the interview. They called for the interview and then from there all the other formalities are done.

All our faculties are highly qualified and have the capability to clear our queries instantly. The teaching and non-teaching staffs all are very friendly and approachable. They are very helpful and resource able. The teachers usually share with the technical and practical sessions in a detailed manner.

Helpful Internships with Practical Exposure

Likes

Experienced and supportive faculty who guide well in both theory and practicals. They are approachable for doubts and research guidance.
Well equipped chemistry labs, library and clean campus. Good infrastructure for science students with modern instruments and facilities.
Safe women-only campus with good campus life. Regular seminars, workshops and events help in overall personality and career development.

Dislikes

Being a girls college, exposure to mixed-gender events and industry networking is less compared to co-ed colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It covers all core Chemistry subjects with good lab work. I chose this course for strong academics and research scope. The syllabus helps for higher studies and competitive exams like NET, SET. Practicals help in real applications. Exams are held each semester. Difficulty is moderate and most students clear easily,More workshops and industry training can be added for improvement.

Likes

The main thing I like about the college is discipline.
All my teachers were good and guided and motivated all in a right way.

Dislikes

The main improvement needed is the placement and recruitment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very well structured. Some modern methods can be implemented like smart class. We'll have exams every month.Internal exams will be for 2 hrs and semester exams for 3 hours. The difficulty level of exams will be on an average scale.

Likes

Every Thursday we had moral instruction classes .this session very useful for me and personally improved my strength
Very different teaching methods,they explained the topic short and easy point that are very easy to understand quickly.
I loved my library lot of books is there, maintanence...very good.

Lot of job opportunities including medical and chemical field..I would like to say to improve instumental area .I didn't face any difficult level because..our faculty members already guided me how to face all struggle situation and how to write exam..

The college has a huge and well maintained infrastructure.
All the faculties are very friendly and supportive
The college is also providing good placement with high packages.

Dislikes

I feel the fees of various self financed course are too high.
The college hostel fee is also very high compared to other college hostels.
The events and other cultural programs in the college is very minimal.

Placement Experience:

The college provides a very good placement for the students. they are providing placements for final year students of various courses. The highest package offered was 20 lakh per year and the average package was 5 lakh per year.

College timing 08.30 Am -01.30 Pm it is an big advantage for the students to develop their extra skills courses and also part time jobs It is vey useful for many students but it's also drawback for some peoples.
