I like the infrastructure and the facilities they provide

Its easy to make friends there and gives great scenery

Dislikes

Sometimes the over strict and lack of P. E periodd
Dress code for particular days And uniforms

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade, and a a timeline to follow so the year will be completed. Well first and second semester was easy to pass and it had a lot of time.

Class Size: 7Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees i paid was ?35, 000 . I get scholarship by SC/ST . They collect separate fee for transportation. I am an bywalker students. So i only pay the college fee. But people who were using college transportation they need to its vary from the distance of students travel. Tution fee were around 2000 caution fee around 600,admission fee 450,lab and development fee would be around 1000.Apart from course fee 35,000 we have to pay the above fee individualy.

Campus Life

Every month they held club activities. As a english students we have drama club. We play a famous Shakespeare dramas and famous dramas like Macbeth, Merchant of venice, Beauty and the beast, snow white etc. They held sports day in a year.

Admission

I applied Stella Maris and M.O.P college. I got admission on both college. I chose these because its near by my home. Its easy to attend the class in right time . No test were held in admission. They only check the cut off the marks. And they give free counseling based on your cutoff.

Faculty

The teachers were very helpful and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality was so good. Semester exam at the college are so difficult but with the help of smart teachers. Exams were difficult but the guidance of them led us to score a decent marks.

Night Life

Am not an hostler but i had a friend who been stay in hostle. I hear a lot of things from her. In the gym they have a lot of equipment to workout and they have separate timings of girls and boys to workout. And the hostel food have veg and non-veg.

Starting ug life

Likes

My collage full of nature covered, birds sound in after 6.00 pm I loved it. And college is like greenish and opposite site there is thindal murugan kovill this is so good
Fancy store and canteen also have in our college. Big sports ground also have in our college, hand ball was so good in our college we also celebrated 50th year celebration of college
Pongal celebration are celebrated highly like columbus and many games are there in pongal celebration in inside our college we are celebrated happily. Food also provided in our college

Dislikes

I didn't like that our staff keep test in lunch hours also . They strictly maintain the class always test , seminars
No western dress wear in our department I didn't like that chudi and pant full covered shall we want to wear in our college
No free hours given . Home work like scholl . I fill I am going to school

Course Curriculum Overview:

Surroundings are good. Exam timing 3 hours . And normal internal test is about one hour maximum one and half hour. Test are strictly maintain. Teaching in tamil can understand by students I think so . And ppt method need more in class . Staff to teach all the lessons and students sometimes take one part of lesson

My sweet college days!!

Likes

College environment was very neat and clean always.
The birds they kept at the front side campus were so pleasant and calm
Campus was large in size and comfortable

Dislikes

College management is very strict in handling students
College management allot less money as prize money for academic winners
Students should get pass even for 2 minutes late entry

Course Curriculum Overview:

The department of English not only offers good education but also so many values to lead our life. Faculties were so friendly in clearing students' doubts. There was personality development course to improve students' personality. Students had to choose any other subjects other than they are studying for sbi course. Due to this students learn about other subjects too.

The rigour of the course is very intense. The syllabus which is followed here is intense and rigorous. Its unique compared to the syllabus offered in other colleges of India.
Staff lore is very good in MSE. Most of the staffs encourage doubts and are also willing to have conversations with you. Faculties are knowledgeable and they know there stuff very well. They take much interests if you reach out to them through mail.
They provide a lot of guest lectures which gives us a lot of exposure and we get to know how economics works in the real life policy making sectors.

Dislikes

Theres no opportunities for sports and extra curricular activities. They don’t conduct any events rather it is done by putting our own money and by the efforts of the students only.
The campus is very small, and there are no proper areas for sports etc and also the canteen is very bad. It is super minimal.
If you want social life then this college is not the place, only the studious one survive here. Well you can still make friends here but then the college ‘itself’ does not provide any social life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the course provides almost everything which is needed and available. This is not a normal economics course as it involves statistics,python, core math and also dives into data science. This allows the students to explore various subjects and can choose which is their best fileld. The curriculum overall is very rigorous and intense but you can crack it if you study regularly. About the frequencies of the examinations, we have 2 internal examinations and 1 end semester examination. I can guarantee that this course is super rigorous but im not sure if i would necessarily say that the course is "practical" and it helps us in the real word. I cannot comment on the practicality of the courses. The exams are not super difficult and its moderate. Getting more than 90% can be challenging although clearing the paper won't be an impossible task.

Jnn experience

I have got from many of the university like SRM Anna University and VIT college and DJ college and Vivekanand science College mini colleges like that bad I finally decided to come to jnm because the nature is good on the facilities whatever I wish it is there.
