Likes
- Events are like daily marriages at the campus as we would have world class seminars, ted talk and what not.
- A girls hostel of 10 floors is getting ready and unfortunately I would have left the university by then.
- Olympic size two swimming pools as one for boys and one for girls is there at our campus.
Dislikes
- Day never ends here as early morning classes are fixed but when will it get over has no rules in it.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculties are high octane because our course is high octane. Now faculties keep up with that and students too don't have a choice for that as academics here not just the front runners but something that has no boundaries. It isn't about subjects and all but our learning go beyond as we have to attend all the guest lectures and seminars and conclaves too as our university consider them a large part of our practical learning.
Placement Experience
I was first to register and i hope I become the first student at TAPMI to have placements as well. Placements will begin for TAPMI Bengaluru for the first time in 2026 December and the wait is on. As far as the history and TAPMI Manipal who is our sister college goes, I think each student will be having an offer letter of 5-10 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
TAPMI Manipal definitely outland every other management UG programa and therefore I don't want to question the high fees. Yes it is 3.75 lakhs a year and relatively higher than most. Also since MAHE has always been a residential campus so residence facilities cost over 2 lakhs every year. Luckily we were the first batch and so increase in fees was not applicable for our batch.
Campus Life
It isn't as big as MAHE Manipal but definitely much modern than that. The kind of buildings and the kind of facilities like the hostels for example. Find me better girls hostel than this as I have my friends studying at various other universities and have not even half of what our hostels are. If hostels are one then let's compare the auditorium as our auditorium is so big that a tedtalks has 1500 audience seated in that. This everything larger than anything is here at MAHE Bengaluru campus.
Hostel Facilities
The girls hostel currently is one but still it's spacious and rooms are good. Once the new girls hostel is ready the university can expand the number of seats and all. The current hoatel though don't leave a chance to complain as it is as complete as anything. Food is always great and life inside and outside of it are even greater.
Admission
IPMAT is the best way as there are other entrances too but IPMAT atleast will give you other choices too. Like TAPMI is also available through MET but if one domestic qualify those scores are not valid else where. I therefore gave IPMAT and selected TAPMi Bengaluru as my first preference. My score was in top 50 and was probably one of the first student who registered at TAPMI Bengaluru.
Faculty
Our faculties are high octane and high on energy people as they walk in as if they have been ready for the class since a day before. I think they always come prepared and also know the questions that we might ask them. Well, they have all the answers as they are alumni of some of the top universities of the world.
Night Life
This is a worry thing because sometimes it feels bad that we can't go out as there's not even a single garden close to our campus. Just a few people and an old town with some general shops is all what we have close to the campus. No quick commerce works and therefore staying in the campus and enjoy the luxury that our campus have is all what we have.
