I chose ISME Bangalore because of its strong focus on Business Analytics, industry exposure, practical learning, faculty interaction and placement support. Compared with other colleges I considered, ISME offered a good balance of academics, analytics-focused skills and corporate exposure.

PGDM in Business Analytics curriculum for its relevance and comprehensiveness. I chose this course because it combines management concepts with practical analytics skills such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python and data-driven decision-making.

ISME provides good internship opportunities through its Industry Trajectory Program, corporate connections and placement cell. Students get opportunities to work with companies across consulting, finance, marketing, IT and business analytics. Internships generally provide practical exposure through real-world projects and help students apply classroom concepts. The institute also supports students with internship preparation, company interactions and career guidance. Overall, the internship opportunities are valuable for gaining industry experience, developing professional skills and improving employability before final placements.

ISME has a strong placement-oriented approach, with students becoming eligible for campus placements during the second year, along with internships and the Industry Trajectory Program. The institute reports 190+ companies visiting annually, including Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Grant Thornton, Tanishq, Puma and Landmark Group.

I am pursuing PGDM in Business Analytics (2026–28) at ISME Bangalore, with a total course fee of approximately ₹11.45 lakh. The fee is paid in installments across the two academic years, with hostel and mess charges separate. No separate PGDM charges for caution, lab or development fees are currently published by the institute. Scholarships include Merit Scholarships up to ₹1 lakh, along with work-experience, defence, sibling and hostel scholarships for eligible students. Overall, the fee is reasonable considering ISME’s industry exposure, mentoring, analytics-focused curriculum, internships and placement support.

My overall campus experience at ISME Bangalore has been positive, with a friendly and professional environment. The campus provides good infrastructure, including classrooms, library, computer labs, sports facilities, cafeteria and student activity areas.

The faculty at ISME Bangalore are experienced, approachable and supportive, with a good faculty-to-student ratio that allows students to interact with them regularly. Faculty members are generally accessible outside class and encourage practical learning, discussions and doubt-clearing.

Yes, the admission process involved an interview as part of the selection process. The discussion mainly focused on my academic background, career goals, interests and reasons for choosing PGDM in Business Analytics. I did not find the process overly difficult; it was more focused on understanding my overall profile and suitability for the program. Overall, the admission experience was smooth, professional and well coordinated by the ISME admission team.

The nightlife around ISME Bangalore is quite good because of the college’s location in Bengaluru. Students can explore nearby cafés, restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment spots with friends during free time. My favorite part is spending evenings with friends at cafés, trying different food places and exploring Bengaluru. The city offers a good mix of relaxed hangouts and lively weekend activities, while the campus itself remains relatively calm and focused on academics.
